  • Suntuoso piso nuevo de 3 dormitorios con 3 baños, totalmente climatizado (obras terminadas el 1/6/2023) Elegante, espacioso, muebles y ropa de cama de calidad, decorado profesionalmente, mi piso está situado en el corazón de la capital. A medio camino entre el Marais, Beaubourg, rue Montorgueil y Place des Victoires, está rodeado de cafés y restaurantes de moda. Es el lugar ideal para una estancia satisfactoria en familia o entre amigos.

    Piso de 137m2 en el 1er piso sin ascensor incluyendo :

    - Aire acondicionado en todo el piso
    - TV Wifi
    - Salón con sofá cama doble
    1 zona de despacho
    Comedor con gran mesa y 10 sillas
    - Cocina totalmente equipada (nevera con congelador, placa de inducción, microondas, horno, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, lavavajillas, lavadora con opción de secadora)
    - 1 dormitorio king size con cuarto de ducha y aseo
    1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y cuarto de ducha

The apartment was very clean and had lovely amenities. We (4 adults) enjoyed the comfort of the place. The location was perfect — we walked to many museums, shopping, and restaurants. Owners responded quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment!

If you stay here you will be very pleased. The place is clean, very convenient and the management team was fantastic. The metro to all the museums and tower is around the corner.

Bonjour! Our party of four women had the most amazing time in Paris. This apartment was perfect, comfortable and in a great location and a very safe, beautiful neighborhood. The communication was excellent with the owners and they always replied quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a vacation to Paris.

Four "senior" adults much enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would thoroughly recommend it for any age group. It is very well located and despite being pretty central it is incredibly quiet. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the linen of a high quality.One thing to point out is that all 3 bedrooms are en suite but only one has a toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share a separate toilet which is down near the front door. It was fine for us but perhaps that should be noted. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay!

Nice big apartment, just one floor up a winding but not-too-narrow staircase, away from street noise and with good cross-ventilation. The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the big dining table and plenty of chairs for our family with two parents and three adult children. The bathroom setup was different than I had expected from the description: one bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The other bedrooms have en suite *bath* rooms with sink and shower but no toilet. The second toilet in the apartment is just a toilet and sink (in American parlance a powder room) along the passage from the front door. The apartment's location at the north end of the 3rd arrondissement is convenient to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and vintage shops, plus multiple Metro lines, making it possible to get almost anywhere in Paris on one transfer.

The place was great it was the simple things they dropped the ball on. I tried to get in touch with them via email and phone calls 30 days prior to arriving and never reached anyone. I called VRBO in the U.S. and they couldn't get through to anyone. Three days before I get the address and offer to help me with a car service and restaurants which for planning purposes was too late. The place had great air-conditioning but one was broken and the host told me three days in a row someone would be right over and it never happened. On the fourth day the guy shows and said it couldn't be repaired. Again not a big issue it was just the little things that made this good experience and not a excellent one.

Great Location, secure apartment

The pictures were accurate and the location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the Louvre, great cafes, shopping, and a market across the street. We had issues with the wifi and the owner was very responsive . I would stay here again.

Absolutely Lovely

The apartment was just as photographed. Modern and had everything we needed. The location is great. Stores, cafes, restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Paris with adult kids

This was the perfect location and space for myself, husband two adult kids and significant others. We all had our own space with plenty of room to gather. AC was a HUGE plus and there are sooo many great cafes near by. Would highly recommend.

Paris apartment

The apartment was in a good location, it was clean and well furnished. For four adults snd 2 children ages 7 and 9 it was pretty good.

The pictures are accurate. The apartment was spacious for all 6 adults and so elegantly designed. The sitting area was so nice to hang out in after a long day of exploring. The apartment was quiet as it is set back from the street. The location was great and close to metro stations. Communications with the hosts was great. We loved staying here.

We had an easy check in and were able to get into the apartment early (I understand this is not always possible, but worked out for us). We were offered a place to bring our luggage if the apartment wasn't ready. Someone walked us to the flat and let us in. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had lots of space with six adults and a two year old. The crib provided was great too!

Christmas in Paris

We had a wonderful stay and property was just as advertised. The flat provided lots of welcoming space for our family to spend time together including mealtime. Easy walking to everything you need as well as multiple Metro stops minutes away. It provided a great home base for our 10 day adventure in Paris over the holidays!

No, the host was not available and unresponsive. It was only after I called VRBO that I got a response from the host. The place itself was good. If I hadn’t had WiFi issues, I would not have had to interact with the host and would have had a better experience
