Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Paris und haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist super komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Ein großes Plus war die Garage: Unser Auto stand die ganze Zeit sicher, und wir konnten Paris entspannt ohne Parkplatzstress genießen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Empfang: sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben wertvolle Tipps bekommen, wie man sich in Paris am besten fortbewegt und welche Sehenswürdigkeiten sich wirklich lohnen. Danke für die tolle Betreuung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We did not end up staying at the property. There was some miscommunication between the listing and our needs, which made the property not work for our needs. Perhaps due to translation? When we arrived, the host was prompt, the home was clean and in neat condition. The customer service was wonderful. The 4 star rating reflects this as I cannot truly review the property.

Incredibly kind couple that own the place. Rachid went out of his way to make sure my family and husband had a beautiful experience. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and he made sure it was lovely. Location is perfect for train into Paris.

This was an excellent apartment. It was spacious for our family of four and close to the metro to get into the Paris city center. Communication with Rachid and his colleague Ines was excellent. Ines met us at the apartment and was gracious with inflexibility when we were running late. The neighborhood was safe and there was an excellent Patisserie right down the road for morning pastries and excellent desserts. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great apartment to visit Paris.

Quiet Location

The property was off a main street that had everything you needed. Bakery, Supermarket, takeaways, and the station was ten minute walk. The apt was spotless, with everything you need for a long or short stay. There is a secure entrance and a lift. As the apt is on the third floor the lift was a godsend for shopping and cases. All in all we had a great stay. The advert advises that the apt is three bedrooms but the third is a sofa bed in the livingroom. The only criticism was that there was not enough drawer/wardrobe space for the person using the sofa bed. Apart from that would highly recommend.

A Weekend in Paris

We spent a weekend in Paris with a departure out of Orly Airport. We wanted to be outside the city center, but not too far outside. This was a great location was close enough to the city and close enough to Orly. Checking in was easy and friendly. Apartment was nice and safe, with all entrances requiring a security fob. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and friendly

Place is very nice very clean. This is a 2 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. Host was very nice even tried to find us food when we arrived, nothing good in the area, nothing that was appealing for us. Taxis and Ubers had a hard time finding the place not sure why.

Christmas time in Paris

The hosts were wonderful; meet us at the apartment to show us how to get in, where everything was in the apartment. Had a wonderful French breakfast waiting for us. Walked us around the neighborhood showing us the best grocery store, patisseries, etc and where the Metro was located (less than 10 min from the apartment).

Great management.

We speak English and no French. However the communication was great using google translate and the manager of the apartment communicated great! They met us on side and showed us around. The third bedroom is a foldout couch in the main room/living room but nice mattress. Has a second toilet but only one main bathroom. Nice elevator at the place and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Train station is about 10 minute walk from the place.

Vitry sur Seine comfort

Nice property, quiet neighborhood, close to RER C line, markets, shops, a few restaurants, etc. Likely good for short stays, comfortable. Could use more robust a/c, just a portable unit, but with the fans it can be spread around. Maybe the best fold out bed ever, so that is a plus as well. Host is super nice, goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and helpful with any request.

Perfect base for Paris

New, clean and well equipped apartment near Paris. Good and fast communication with our host Rachid, checkin runs smooth, questions were answered quick. Surrounding quite and safe, parking for free around the apartment or in the parking garage if your car isn't too large (as ours), but Rachid helps us to block a space directly in front of the house. 10min walk to the next Rer C station, a line which took us quickly to a lot of highlights like Louvre, Notre Dame, eiffeltower...Nearby are a lot of small restaurants for In-dining or takeaway, also a supermarche as well as boulangerie and patisserie. Super one week stay and a friendly helpful host.

Amazing place and stay!!!

Great stay at this property in Paris! We have only good things to say about Rachid and Rakel. They both made sure all of our needs were met and Rakel even went above and beyond preventing us from being scammed by a taxi driver. The flat was super clean and had everything that we needed. I must say, they made our stay in Paris superb! While we didn't cook anything at the apartment, the kitchen seem well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless! We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony after a busy day visiting all of the attractions. The apartment was conveniently located within 10 min walk from the RER station whick made it easy to get to/from Paris, Versailles, etc. We ordered Uber Eats one night from Dak N'go Korean chicken which was so good! There seemed to be lots of food options i the area. Make sure you book an Uber or a Taxi using on of the trusted apps, such as Citymapper. We made the mistake of getting in theTaxi queue at Gare de Nord station and jumping into a taxi without agreeing on a price, hence the driver tried to scam us saying that our fare was 120 Euro! We learned our lesson on that one. Also, if you plan to take public transportation to /from the city, Vitry-sur-seine station is in Zone 3, so make sure you buy the correct tickets/passes for your stay. Thanks again for taking such great care to make sure our stay was excellent!

Paris

Lage der Wohnung in Ordnung, Geschäfte gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. in der Küche fehlten Töpfe und der Geschirrspüler. Es war leider nicht alles in der Wohnung vorhanden wie beschrieben. Paris war eine Reise wert. ( schade das in unserer Urlaubszeit die C-Linie nach Paris wegen Bauarbeiten nicht genutzt werden konnte)

PSG Away

We stayed here for the PSG/Newcastle Game. The apartment was great just what wee needed to lay our heads for the night. Communication with Rachid & Jamilia was excellent, especially Jamilia after we managed to get lost on the way to the apartment. The only downside was the distance from Paris - 30 to 40 mins in an Uber Overall I would recommend this if I was staying for more than one night

Great flat, convenient location, superb hosts.

Flat is in a very convenient location with shops, bakeries etc nearby and a metro station 10 mins walk away so easy access to Paris. Comfortable flat with heating and fans, quiet area, secure building. Our host were excellent, communicative and flexible to our arrival times. Thank you!

Wochenende in Paris

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende in Paris genießen können. Die Wohnung ist bestens gelegen (in einer kleinen Seitenstraße) und damit sehr ruhig. Bäckerei, Metzger, Einkaufsmarkt etc. ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wie beschrieben ist man mit der RER schnell in Paris im Stadtzentrum. Das Auto kann man problemlos stehen lassen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Abende auf dem kleinen Balkon (samt Sonnenuntergang) konnten wir bei einem Glas Wein entspannt genießen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation immer freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank.!
