  • 5-room apartment 120 m² in the heart of the Marais. Very quiet, spacious and bright with a charming living room under glass roof and a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
    Walk from 5 metro stations (Rambuteau, Hôtel de Ville, Chatelet, République, Temple). High-speed Internet and Cable TV. Great cozy apartment close to a couple metros. Perfect for a family. Would stay again. Would love if they upgraded to a keypad lock so we don't need to carry a key and a washer/dryer unit rather than washer alone. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit.

The “apt” was perfect for our family of 6. Very convenient area; shops, restaurants all easy walking.we enjoyed our stay very much. Oh yes, easy walk to lots of sights!

Our family of five, with three kids aged 15-20, had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Marais. It's a superb location, right near many restaurants, bakeries, shops, and Metro stops, and an easy walk to many museums, the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. We even walked to The Louvre. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and a good value for the size and location. As others have pointed out, the layout is a little quirky but that was no problem for our family group. The courtyard it's located on is lovely and the apartment was quiet at night. Communication with the host and check in all went well. We had a great time!

Perfect

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a quieter part of town but very close to tourism. The host was the most accommodating host I have ever encountered and we are so grateful that we stayed here.

The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is so cute with lots of cafes, boulangeries and a few restaurants. It’s walking distance to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Regine was extremely responsive and the apartment was unique and cozy. Coffee was provided, the washer was convenient (even though it never wanted to open for me…only my husband), and the space was very comfortable. There was room for everyone and even though the layout is non-traditional it worked for our family. The neighborhood is so quiet, we all slept great but there are shops and cafes and metro stations steps away. Great space and great host!

We love Paris

The property was unique and certainly big enough for the 5 of us. It was lovely that there were enough beds, the dining area was appreciated, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, ddishes, cutlery etc. There was a lovely coffee shop just a couple of doors down and plenty of shopping close by.

Great Host

It was a pleasure dealing with the host. She was available if w e needed her. The place is in a great location. Within walking distance to Notre Dame (20 mins) great restaurants and bars.The place was quiet and spacious. I would come back!

The apartment is in an ideal location. We loved walking out the gate and being smack in the center of Le Marais. The shower always had hot water and great water pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. Our only issues had to do with noise and ventilation. We could hear folks moving around in the upstairs apartment sometimes. This was not a problem during the day but did disrupt sleep a couple times at night. The ventilation was a slightly more difficult issue as the only window in the apartment is at ground level on the courtyard where folks smoke. There was also a small skylight. Due to unseasonably hot wrather (no AC) we had to use fans which did mean pulling the cigarette odors into the apartment. Neither of these issues were deal-breakers for us but just something for future guests to be aware of.

Great stay in wonderful location!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It felt so private tucked away from the courtyard - you would never guess you were just steps away from all the shops, Metro, Centre Pompidou, even the Archives Nationales. The apartment is huge and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had one minor electrical issue (circuit tripped) which was quickly solved by Regine using WhatsApp. It felt nice to come home to this apartment after a long morning of sightseeing, before heading out again for dinner. Thank you!

The positive aspect is the location. Unfortunately this is not a true 3 bedroom property as they turned the hallway into a “bedroom”. This means it makes it very uncomfortable for the person/couple sleeping in one of the bedrooms as they can’t enter/exit unless they go through another person’s room. No way to block out the light in the bedroom from skylight. Hallway bedroom has no privacy with glass doors to lounge. Mold in bathroom, washing machine and coffee machine. Tape holding chairs together. Really disappointing.

80th birthday celebration!

It was so much more fun for us all than being in three hotel rooms! The Location is delightful easy to find full of Parisian atmosphere restaurants and close to famous places like Pompadou centre, Notre Dame Hotel Deville and the Seine. Regine what is there to meet us on time and show us around the apartment which is quirky full of family memorabilia. it was easy to use everything warm plenty of hot water all aerie appliances lots of extras The court chart is lovely. The neighbours were all friendly and welcoming. We were four ladies friends and family so happy to share the comfortable three bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms but suggest check the layout if you’re not so well acquainted with your fellow travellers as second double bedroom has no access to a bathroom and toilet except through either of the other two, which is important at night For some of us! We would certainly come again with the same group! Regards Georgina
