  • You will love this arty flat located right in Paris center!<br>2 bedrooms and a living room, and a wonderfull<br>terrace overlooking Paris' skyline and Pompidou center!<br>As it's my own flat, eerything you need is in the flat for cooking,<br>ironing or drying your hair!<br>All Paris must sees are at a walking distance as<br>well as thousands of shops and restaurants.<br>You will be at 2 mns of Paris' biggest transportation hub: airport and railway stations directly connected. I live on 5th floor with no elevator but the view is worth the climb ;-)

Wonderful apartment in a great location in Paris. We loved the outdoor terrace. Olivier was a great host and gave us valuable tips for our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Great communication with a very sympathetic owner. The balcony is amazing! The location is central and great home base for all activities! Close to Metro locations and restaurants. There are lots of stairs as this flats 5 stories up, it was fun for us, but keep it in mind if you have mobility issues.

The flat was in a perfect location, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. It was quite the trek up the flights of stairs, but the charm of the neighborhood made it worth it. Olivier was an amazing host - super responsive and available for any questions. He even provided his favorite places to eat, which was a great addition.

A very sweet little flat with lots of character and charm, located very centrally so we walked everywhere. Super kitchen and lovely china and comfortable beds. There is good TV and Olivier very kindly let us arrive early which was above and beyond. He also made several helpful recommendations which enhanced our enjoyment of our holiday.

The apartment was fantastic. It has everything you need and more. Even in the worst winter weather, the balcony was a beautiful spot to look over the city. The apartment has easy access to anything of interest, food, drinks, groceries, activities, very central. Host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Wonderful Place

This cozy apartment was very centrally located and we were able to walk to many sights like the Louvre, Ile de Cite, and the Latin Quarter. Also conveniently located to the Metro with lots of good restaurants. A perfect base of operations to visit Paris.

Wonderful Paris Ezperience

Great location close to metro, tourist spots, restaurants and shopping. Felt like we were living like a true Parisian for a few days. There are stairs but the reward is a lovely terrace to enjoy. Our host was easy to communicate with and responsive - definitively recommend!

Perfect location, very walkable to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The apartment has a modern bath and kitchen. It is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, but you have a beautiful balcony. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Olivier was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and metro information. Wonderful stay, thank you Olivier.

Great Location

Olivier was a wonderful host! Anytime there was a question or if we needed something, he was always available to help! The location of the flat was in the heart of the neighborhood.

Loved this place

The only thing better than the location was the balcony!! Just really loved staying here. Every comfort was made available. Even a new portable air conditioner which made the 5 floors well worth it. Merci Oliver!!

We have just had a fantastic long weekend in this lovely apartment, right in the heart of Paris. It is on the top floor of a very traditional old building with a lot of character. The balcony was particularly nice, right opposite an old church and you could hear the choir singing on the Sunday morning. Olivier is a very helpful and charming host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and so on. Everything is in walking distance and the location couldn’t be better. Do make sure you can lift your luggage easily as there is no lift.

The description shows a beautiful terrace; however, it doesn’t show this massive, ramshackled, abandoned church directly in front of the view. The terrace itself had dead plants, broken chairs and miss-fitting flooring. No where in the description shows there is no lift, so 5 flight of stairs was awful. In addition, we had to lug our baggage 2 blocks because the street wasn’t accessible via auto. We didn’t feel safe in the area as there were pubs, eating areas that were open well into the night. Worse of all, the unit had no AC (which we were aware of); however, it was very hot and we needed to keep the windows open…the outside noice and parties kept going all night long (4am). We got no slept and left the next day to find another place. On a positive note: the unit was clean, cute, and the host was very communicative. If you are younger, want to party, this might be for you. It is not what was projected.

Great location surrounded by metro stations and restaurants

Why it worked for us: central location, 15 minutes walk to Notre-Dame, several city metro stations and direct line to the airport 2 minutes walk. Restaurants on every corner. 2 quaint rooms , washer and dryer is a big plus. Be aware of the around 104 stairs up to the 5th floor. But the advantage is you don’t hear noise from a busy street and get good night sleep. The host is super friendly and helpful.

Great location except not knowing it was on the 5th floor.

Location was awesome, restaurants and shops vary closes. We walked everywhere except when we had lunch at the Eiffel Tower, and the river cruise we use Uber. Just some advice, make sure in shape the apt is on the 5th floor. I wanted to let people know. Other than that we a had great time. H
