It is through, 3 French windows and a window in the bathroom, open on each side on two small terraces (about 10 m2 each) with trees and flowers and furnished for dining or resting.
In the kitchen cupboards there is a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle. Facing the kitchen, separated from a workshop canopy, partially opaque, the bathroom tiled with traditional terracotta tiles is composed of a large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
A wardrobe, and many cupboards, are at your disposal, (except the two very tall kitchen side) and even a shoe storage under the step!

As soon as you pass the porte cochère, after an original tiled vestibule, you enter a garden. You are in the countryside far from the bustle of the city. The birds sing. The house is an old Parisian shower bath, full of charm.

Several metro lines (Alésia, Plaisance, Pernety, Mouton Duvernet, Denfert Rochereau). The Alesia metro station is 5 minutes away on foot and serves other Saint Germain des Prés (13 minutes) Odéon, St Michel, Chatelet, Les Halles, several buses also serve these places but also Sèvres Babylone (Le Bon Marché), the museum of 'Orsay, the Louvre, the Museum of Decorative Arts, Opera, Center Georges Pompidou, ....
Bus
Montparnasse 5 mins by bus or metro.
The Catacombs located at Place Denfert ROCHERAU, 13 minutes on foot.
