Lovely spot - great location

We loved our stay here. Amazing location on a small side street in Marais. Ground floor but didn’t have any noise issues. Beautiful space, comfy beds (couches less so), very clean. We were able to get in a bit early which was nice. So many great restaurants nearby- we especially loved le jackpot!

Not charming, not quiet, not clean

Renter be warned: this property is not as advertised. My family chose it for its supposed quiet and charm, but it turned out to be shabby, cheap, and noisy. The apartment's bathroom was filthy upon arrival, particularly the toilet, which had pee stains and pubic hair. The overall cleanliness was questionable. The apartment feels like a subpar student accommodation. The cheap kitchen cabinets have gaps inviting pests, and the furniture is unpleasant and cheap. The armoire from the pictures has been replaced by a temporary clothing rack. Despite the high price, nothing about this place felt worth it, and essentials like hand soap were not provided. Hand soap! If you want to wash your hands after using the bathroom, be sure to travel with your own hand soap. The noise level is another major issue. Despite the listing emphasizing quietness, the ground-floor apartment is off a loud street. While the bedrooms are somewhat better, the living areas are very noisy. We contacted the rental company, which sent a cleaner, but the initial impression was already ruined. It was my family's first time in Paris, and this wasn't where we wanted to stay. We decided to move to a hotel after a sleepless first night. I hoped the owners would be understanding and give us at least a partial refund. We were only able to talk property managers, as the person in charge was unavailable, and we never heard back, despite messages left. This company cares only about profits, not your experience.

The Bahia apartment in Le Marais was a perfect location for a week's vacation in Paris for our family of four. The neighborhood is walkable and full of great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. We'll definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

Heart of Le Marais

Gregory was a welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the lovely space of two levels. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and the bathroom on the second level is also spacious with plenty of plush towels. Beds were very comfortable. Closet space is a bit lacking for a longer stay, and as other reviewers have mentioned, spiral stairway can be a bit tricky to handle esp with suitcases. Loved stepping out of door into heart of le Marais with everything at your fingertips - wine, cheese, baguette, and boutiques.

Great location and quiet

The property is located on a quiet street (so sleeping was great), yet you’re still in the middle of a great neighborhood. What I was looking for with my stay was comfortable beds, a comfortable “gathering/relaxing” area for my adult children and my husband and I, and being in a good location for all our planned activities. I got it all with this place, and working with the property manager was easy. It’s a great choice for a visit to Paris.

Great location

Overall very good place, location, cleanliness, comfort for a family of four was excellent. Some quirks that you should be aware of however 1/ there is a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms so our suitcases had to stay on the main floor, 2/ they only give you two rolls of toilet paper and expect you to buy more if you need it (odd corner to cut for the price) 3/ no a/c which is common for Paris but bedrooms back onto a courtyard that can be loud and has a bright motion light so difficult to sleep with the windows open. Other than that, very nice place and central to everything so perfect for a walking trip of Paris with a metro station two blocks away for the rest.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here! It’s within walking distance of many sites/restaurants but also close to a metro stop if you are traveling further. While we had no issues with the spiral stairs they could be a little tricky for young ones or those with mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was an outstanding find. As a family of 5 with 2 teenagers we were thrilled to have 4 queen beds (2pullout) plenty of space, large bathroom, wonderful open first floor living space, and step out the door, literally, to cafes, shops, the heart of the marais. We were 5 min from metro, Pompidou, and 10-15 from many major museums and sites. Romain was delightful, helpful, and available to help. We WILL be back!!!

Excellent visit to Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's centrally located - we walked to the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and many sites. Local restaurants and bakeries were wonderful. Our host was lovely and the apartment was fabulous. There were three of us and we highly recommend. We will come back. Thank you!

Perfect location for a Paris getaway!

This is a great little apartment in neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, fit perfectly. The apartment looks newly renovated, providing a nice mix of new and old, with exposed wooden beams and wood floors. It was a little challenging to get the heating right, but otherwise we felt at home. We walked to many of the major tourist attractions or jumped on metro which is only 5-10 minutes away depending on which line you take. I would recommend this a great way to visit Paris without feeling like a total tourist.

Excellent experience

I really recommend this apartment for a group. It is clean, with beautiful decoration and confortable beds and sofa beds. The kitchen has every thing you could need. The apartment is very well located, near supermarket, Metro, restaurants , store and iconic places. It is a beautiful and nice neighborhood. The apartment is in a quite street. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful clean apartment down a quiet side street. Easy walking distance to many attractions and to fun shopping. Warm and very well suited for our family of four. We wish there had been a Nespresso machine, but we knew in advance that it was not listed. Gregory was there to welcome us in as scheduled which was wonderful. Would go back again!

Large, comfortable apartment

This is a large apartment in a very convenient part of town in the Marais. It was clean and the check-in person was on-scene when we arrived. It has a tub and a shower! We did manage to break a shower head while there and the management charged us a reasonable amount for the replacement. Location is close to everything (restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.
