This apartment is situated in the elegant 16th arrondissement, renowned for its chic and residential atmosphere. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, you can enjoy the city's finest tourist attractions, as well as luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and renowned art galleries. The neighborhood is both calm and vibrant, ideal for business and leisure.



Getting Around:

The apartment enjoys a prime location with several transport options nearby. The Kléber metro station (line 6) is about a 3-minute walk away, providing direct access to key destinations such as the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, and Nation. You are also about 8 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station (lines 1, 2, and 6, as well as RER A), a major Parisian transport hub that allows quick access to the Champs-Élysées (about a 10-minute walk), the Louvre Museum, and more.

Situated in a former private mansion converted into a tourist residence, your neighbors will consist of fellow travelers spread across the five floors of the building. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you limit noise both during the day and at night. Please be reminded that parties are strictly prohibited.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by elevator. However, as this elevator is small, it unfortunately cannot accommodate wheelchairs, making it inaccessible for guests with reduced mobility. We hope this does not cause any inconvenience.
