Perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised and spotless. The host asks that you remove your shoes and provides slippers so you know he cares about the property. It’s a bustling neighborhood and we made good use of the terrace as we listened to the bells of Notre Dame. The host communicated quickly. We would stay again!!

Amazing apartment. Walking distance of almost every you want to see in Paris. The owner greeted us at the apartment to check us in and personally show us around. Easiest check in ever . Will stay there again . Fantastic balcony.

Keimo was fabulous. He started texting us a few days upon arrival with details on the property. I’ve stayed in many vrbos all over the world and this is one of the best. Location was a 2 min walk to notre dame. Love everything about this place.

This was the perfect apartment for a recent 4 night stay with my two kids; we absolutely loved it. Clean, bright, comfortable, and big enough for the 3 of us (two in the bedroom and one on the convertible couch). The location could not have been better: steps from Notre Dame and metro stations, but still quiet at night. The host met us at check-in to show us around the place, and he was responsive and helpful when I messaged him with questions. The balcony and AC were great, as were the additional conveniences (clothes washer, drying rack, dishwasher, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Oh my goodness! What a great way to experience Paris. Keimo met us there and even helped my friend lug his massive suitcase up the steps. He gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars and grocery stores. The place feels like home, too. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace where we enjoyed our wine while listening to the bells of Notre Dame. Down the hill is Boulevard St. Germain with lots of cafes and shops. Easy walk to both islands and many attractions. The AC was great. There are four sets of stairs, about 70 in total, but that was not a problem for us, even though we are both around 70. Great experience. You can’t go wrong!

Charming apartment in an ideal location! The apartment is air conditioned, super clean, and well laid out. The host is kind, responsive, and accommodating. Location is absolutely ideal for visiting, walkable to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Maret and so much more. Bed is comfy too! Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location! Owner quickly responded to messages. Easy walk to Notre Dame, and in close proximity to the Metro stations. Restaurants are all within walking distance. Balcony was really nice to enjoy a glass a wine after a long day of site seeing. Highly recommend this apartment in Paris!

Pros: Excellent location, secure old building, working a/c, comfortable bed, the little terrace, clothes washer and drying rack, nespresso machine, quiet street just off the action. Keimo was very attentive, gave us good recommendations for dining and activities and answered all our questions within a reasonable amount of time. Even met us at midnite to let us inside once we arrived in Paris. Everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It’s not 5 star by any means but it is very clean and comfortable. But- renter be very aware, this is a 4th floor walk up and no lift available. You are carrying all your bags up upon arrival and then back down when you leave. We probably did the stairs 3-5 times a day depending on what we were doing for the day. I recommend this apartment if you are ok with the 4 flights of stairs.

A Perfect Parisian Apartment

This property does not disappoint! The location is perfect. So close to the Seine and Notre Dame and overlooking the garden rooftops of surrounding historic buildings, this apartment is a dream. There are lovely restaurants, cafes and markets at either end of the quiet street. All transportation is easy to get to.The host met us at the apartment and was always available by text. He’s super helpful. The apartment is clean, bright and modern with historic touches left in place. The balcony table and inner courtyard are perfect. This is a very romantic setting! It’s everything you hope to experience in Paris!

Lovely

Keimo was a great host. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were set up and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and exactly as in the photos. The stairs are a bit tricky with luggage but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall a great stay in a great location.

Cozy apartment near the Seine

Great location near Notre Dame. We love this area on the left bank. So close to everything with several metro stations nearby as well as a great market. Everything you need is within walking distance. We loved having the outside balcony to enjoy on a sunny day. We’ve stayed here years ago and we’re happy to return.The only thing I would caution against is if you have any mobility issues is it is on the fourth floor so you need to be able to climb some stairs. The only problem we had was with the Internet going in and out but our host found a solution so all was well within a couple of days. He was very responsive to our needs and communication was prompt and polite. Would definitely stay again.

Stay in Paris

The place worked perfect for us. Very nice unit with everything we needed for our stay. The host was over-the- top helpful. Great location to all kinds of restaurants and cafes. Very easy to access the transit system and lots of sights within walking distance. We will for sure stay here the next time we are in Paris. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Cozy 4th floor Apartment with terrace

The apartment was perfect for my family of 3. Keimo was an excellent host and helped get luggage into the apartment. Navigating the stairs other than that wasn’t bad. The location was excellent. Short walk to notre dame and many restaurants, coffee options nearby. The A/C worked very well. The terrace is very safe for children and at night was a great place to sit and enjoy the Parisian atmosphere.

Wir haben das Appartment für ein Wochenende während der Olympiade gebucht. Schon nach der Buchung hat uns Keimo mit allen Informationen über die Anreise versorgt. Das Appartment ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der RER/Metro Station St.Michel-Notre Dame entfernt in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir konnten früher einchecken und so den ganzen Tag in Paris besser nutzen. Das Appartment ist mit allem was man braucht liebevoll eingerichtet, die Terasse super zum draußensitzen. Ganz wichtig war die Klimaanlage im August im Dachgeschoß. Vielen Dank an Keimo den Vermieter, wir hatten hervorragende 3 Tage und kommen sicher wieder !

The apartment was clean and well-appointed with full kitchen, a lovely private terrace, and ice cold A/C (much appreciated in 30C weather). Keimo’s communications were prompt and thorough. You couldn’t have better host. Note: This is a 4th floor walk-up, so not for those with mobility issues.

Our favorite!

My wife and I stayed in Kristina's apartment to start our 10th anniversary trip to France and Italy. We had a wonderful time and Kristina was very kind. The terrace was a big advantage and we enjoyed sitting there at all times of day. As others have mentioned, the location is perfect for sightseeing but is on a little side street so it's not too noisy. Turn left out of the building and you're immediately at Notre Dame and the Seine. Turn right and you're at the market. Returning every night to a charming, quiet old building was much better than going to a busy hotel. We can definitely recommend it. The stairs weren't an issue for us. Thank you, Kristina!

Perfect Location, Size, and Amenities

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and is honestly less than a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame. It was immaculate, well appointed, had A/C (!) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a new, stand up shower and the hot water and pressure were great. We booked this on very short notice, and cannot compliment Kristina and Lucy enough for their extremely prompt replies to email and questions. Lucy met us at the apartment as scheduled, showed us around and was very helpful. Personally, the kids enjoyed trying to race us up the stairs each day, and I was glad to have the exercise. Don't let the absence of an elevator deter you at all, unless you have a physical condition. We will definitely recommend this property and would enthusiastically stay here again. One final piece of advice: if you walk out the apartment and go two blocks up rue Bievre, you will find a charcuterie, fromagerie, boulangerie, and patisserie all next to each other on St. Germain des Pres! What a wonderful location this was!! Thank you Kristina and Lucy!
