A great little apartment in the 19th, well- provisioned, super clean and handy to the canals and the Metro, supermarkets, etc. Asha was a superlative host. Highest recommendation.

Merci à Asha et Vincent pour leur accueil, leur sourire et le soin apporté dans de nombreux détails pour rendre agréable le séjour de leurs hôtes. Une générosité rare.L’appartement est une pépite confortable pour Paris, parfaitement rénovée, aménagée (super literie) et décorée avec goût. Emplacement au calme et au frais dans sa cour. Au bout de la rue le canal, ses restaurants et son ambiance estivale…

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location to access everything in Paris by metro or uber. Hosts were perfect, and we didn't need anything during our stay. Couple of good restaurants right down the street near the canal. We would stay here again!!

Enorm plezierig appartement. Schoon, ruim en comfortabel, Bijzonder vriendelijke verhuurster. Prettige communicatie. We vonden alleen de verlichting schaars en ongezellig. Maar ach we waren meestal op pad.

yes the kitchen was well equipped. Nothing was missing. the bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean . The apartment was well located close to the subway. It was safe. Shops to get groceries were nearby. Finally Asha was accomodating with our delayed arrival. She prepared well for visitors by writting infos about the area, location of shops, transportation etc... We enjoyed our stay in this little and pleasant apartment.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful and a great space to come back to after long days in the city! Such a quaint little spot that made us feel at home! Easy access to the metro and communication with the host was ideal.

Asha and Vincent provide a very clean, cozy, and comfortable flat in the 19th arrondissement, which, while it looks outlying, is a convenient location because of Paris' excellent public transit system. We had no problem getting everywhere we wanted on the Metro lines (though at certain times of day Metro cars can be very crowded). Though in a very busy, urban area, the flat was very quiet. It mainly consists of a well-equipped kitchen (which we took advantage of for many breakfasts and a few dinners during our 10-night stay), a comfortable living room with a large-screen TV, and a bedroom with a very comfortable, roomy bed. A newly-tiled step-in shower and a small sink are in a room off of the bedroom, and the toilet is in a separate water-closet between the kitchen and the living room. The washing machine (in the room with the shower and sink) was a definite plus for our ten-night stay, and clothes hung on the provided drying racks dried surprisingly quickly. As with many older Paris buildings, there is no air conditioning (there are fans in the living room and bedroom) and no elevator in this building, but the flat is on the first floor, so it is only a one flight walk-up. Asha and Vincent are friendly, good hosts who communicate well and clearly and are very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. Do take advantage of their suggestions for local restaurants, bars, and boulangeries -- you won't regret taking advantage of their insights into local color.

Lovely flat close to metro

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely flat that was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and a lot of space. It was close to the metro and had convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet building and parking on the street.

Our host, Asha, was so welcoming! She left us a few snacks because she knew our flight was getting in late. She was also very helpful with letting us know how things around the apartment worked and giving us recommendations!

Lovely hosts - so welcoming and helpful!

I stayed here with my wife for a combination work / pleasure visit. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts, Asha and Vincent. They were super accommodating for our arrival at an odd hour, and helpful with tips on the neighborhood, the property itself and really anything we asked. We had a very nice stay.

Asha avait organisé un accueil très chaleureux avec énormément de choses dans la cuisine pour accueillir l'hote ce qui est un vrai plaisir, car cela se fait de moins en moins souvent, j'ai beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Tout etait similaire aux photos, lumineux et spacieux.J'ai passe une semaine magnifique et reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

Die Lage in einer Nebenstraße und im Hinterhaus ist absolut ruhig.Metro, Restaurants und Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe.Tolle Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet Küche. Perfect stay in Paris

The apartment was so clean and homely. It was so kind of them to leave a baguette, drinks, jams and pasta on arrival! Asha was so helpful and welcoming and was available for anything you needed. The location is great and I really loved the area. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!
