From the moment I opened the apartment door I was pleased to note it was as pictured in the listings: charming, warm, inviting. The bedroom bathroom are off the entrance corridor, which then leads to the open plan kitchen/lounge area. The bedroom faces an interior stairwell/courtyard and was completely comfortable bed/pillows/linens peaceful, with adequate wardrobe storage. The bathroom was next, small but concisely appointed (washing machine dryer a noted plus! ), then into the open plan kitchen/kitchen bar/lounge area with high ceilings, tall front windows giving a view of the beautiful building across and ambient natural light. The apartment is well- appointed, although for someone who was doing a long stay, a few little extras (blender stick/blender/food processor, large pot, quality cutting knives) would be a bonus. A guest book with overall operating instructions would be useful as well(understanding the switches that operate outlet plugs, television, heated rail in bathroom-all easy solutions once you learn how) so one needn't have to contact the managing agent. The location is superb- walking in Paris is a pleasure, and clocking up steps is easy when one is so centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again (hoping my yoga mat weights will still be there!) and looking forward to my next Parisian adventure.
