A lot bigger than the pictures. 1.6km to Disney gates. 2-300m from the mall of Europe. Easily accessible to groceries, pastry shops, cafes and restaurants. The RER is 100m away, and the train is a close cab away. Very well situated.

Great value near disney

Traveling as a group of 5 can be expensive, especially at Disney hotel rates. After we wasted most of our budget in the south of France, this was a great alternative that was a 5 min train to the park. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Hosts were extremely easy to work with and check in and check out was a breeze. Small kitchenette and only one bathroom (although separate from shower so one doesn’t occupy the other). Has a washer and dryer, although there is a small additional charge to use the washer/dryer during your stay (which I didn’t remember being listed but so it is). Area is also very negotiable without a car—a few cute restaurants good pizza place bakery and small grocery all within a block or two. Only caveat—it’s not air conditioned which I had not paid attention to. With the windows open the apartment is cool even on a 80 degree day but when it was unusually hot for our stay (around 100) it was pretty brutal.

Eine großartige Wohnung in einer tollen Lage!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben und Fotos und wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist einfach nur super - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, der Bahnhof für die Züge in Richtung Paris oder Disneyland ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, wir sind aber die Strecke zum Disneyland gelaufen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

This was a fantastic apartment to stay in for our visit to Paris for the Olympics. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The train station is a short 5 minute walk, one stop to Disneyland or a 30 minute journey to the centre of Paris. Opposite the apartment was a very convenient Carrefour. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend.

Fühlten uns gut aufgehoben

Alles bestens. Super nette Vermieterin, die sich auch gleich kümmerte wenn etwas anlag. Als Kritik wäre nur anzumerken, dass es manchmal aus dem Bad unangenehm aus dem Abfluss gerochen hat. Ferner wäre etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche wünschenswert, wie zB etwas mehr Besteck, Schere, Eierlöffel etc. sowie ein Satz Handtücher in Reserve.

Super Aufenthalt in einer super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paris braucht. Ausstattung ist ebenso top, beste Lage für einen Besuch im Disneyland und co., super netter Kontakt und super Abwicklung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Perfect apartment

Cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Location wise to visit Disneyland is perfect, train station is 5 mins walk from the apartment but we decided to walk to and from the park each day, 20 mins max with a 8 and 10 year old in tow. Within the same block of the accommodation is a boulangerie which opened at 7am so perfect for fresh croissants for breakfast and a baguette to make lunch to the day. Across the road is a very well stocked/reasonably priced supermarket, again opens at 7am so ideal for stocking up on snacks etc for the day. A great pizza restaurant also in the vicinity, although they were fully booked we were able to buy takeaway pizza which was actually ideal after a long Disney day! The apartment itself is really lovely, so spacious, clean and very well kitted out. The sofas, beds etc were really comfortable, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had on holiday! Thankyou for fab stay, it made our magical holiday even more special

Superb Apartment and location

The property is fantastic. Added bonus was the free upgrade to the Penthouse. Excellent location to access the RER to Disney (2 minute walk) Shopping and food options on your doorstep. Met at check in and given a quick tour by the owner who was very nice and welcoming. Lift access which was great for bags and pram. Apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Nice appartment

We originally booked the third floor Appartement but got „upgraded“ to the sixth floor rooftop apartment the owners also rent out. Nice interior, beautiful views, good location to RER, shops and DLP. A perfect stay - thanks so much!

Excellent little loft or condo one station from Disneyland

Our host was very gracious and communicative. We had no problems — even though we arrived in the vicinity a few hours ahead of normal check in time. The host was very nice to let us in just under an hour before check-in time. He accommodated us and held our luggage in his office. The property was excellent — on the top floor and had some roof deck space for lounging and dining. Sadly we didn’t make enough use of that. We went mid-August and while there were fans, the property did get quite warm (27C). (We did not expect air conditioning as it was not advertised. We did use the fans -- basically one has to open up the windows around sunset otherwise it does get warm in the apartment.) It was at a very convenient location, 3 blocks from Val d'Europe and right across the street from a Carrefour city and within a couple blocks from various boulangeries. Highly recommend the host and the property. My wife and son loved being able to see the Disneyland fireworks (at 2300h) and drone show (at 2250h) -- far less crowded than on location. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, split-level property. Two of the bedrooms have slightly larger beds. While we didn't cook on property, there are utensils, plates, bowls, and pots and pans. The upstairs bathroom had separate rooms for (shower+sink) and toilet and the downstairs had a bit of a separated area. We did not use the washer/dryer although those are on property.

Would stay again!

We loved your place! It was spacious and clean. The beds are comfy. It’s only one short train stop to Disney ~ but one of the nights we decided to just walk back to the condo because it’s a peaceful level walk. We would totally stay again. Thank you for having us!

Tolle Wohnung und super Lage

Der Vermieter war super freundlich und konnte sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. 20 Minuten zu Fuß nach Disneyland. Shopping Center ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bäcker und Supermarkt, sowie Restaurants und Cafés sind gleich um die Ecke. Es war alles super - sehr zu empfehlen !! Danke für die tolle Zeit !

Very clean and decently equipped property, with great hosts (they were usually very quick to answer our questions, and really helpful getting some stuff for the kitchen since I knew I would need to bake while staying at their apartment). If you're looking for a place to stay at while going to Disneyland, this is super comfortable and really close to the parks. The things we weren't super happy with were that when we booked, the listing said that the apartment had a washer and drier, but we could't find them when we checked in (it turned out that they had broken down and the hosts were looking into replacing them). On top of that, the listing says that the apartment has 2 bathrooms, but in reality it has a room with a toilet and a sink, and a room with a shower and sink (but no toilet). We also couldn't get the heating to work (it would not go over 15 C), so we were pretty cold while in the apartment. As I mentioned, I had to bake while staying at this apartment, and while it didn't have everything I needed (there were no baking sheets for the oven, for example), it was close enough to a store that sold cooking utensils and bakeware. Also super conveniently located across the street from a market, and three blocks away from a supermarket.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Man hat da alles was man braucht . Ein Shopping Center ist in der Nähe und zur Metro Station sind es auch nur paar Minuten Fußweg . Ins Disneyland fährt man eine Haltestation mit der Metro . Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder .
