We had the most wonderful few days in Paris the flat was lovely and in the perfect location. The flat is clean, beds were really comfy and we would definitely go back. Sophie answered any queries promptly and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Paris - five stars !

Amazing property for a large group! Not only was it absolutely beautiful and well appointed with all supplies, the host was super communicative and helpful. We stayed with three families across three generations and all were extremely comfortable. This property has a good number of bathrooms, which not all properties that can accommodate large groups does. Just make sure to follow instructions on timing of showers!

We loved that this was a central location .. me being disabled... It had a lift... And I was able to get to the Louvre on my own without having to be driven in... We would stay again... The beds were extra comfortable. A suggestion or two would be coffee and tea bags as we are paying a price higher than normal... Those extra goodies are helpful to make it special and your guests would appreciate when they are traveling to wake up to a cup of coffee... My husband can't survive without it.. I would remind others .. Europe doesn't always us Wash rags.. so brining your own or scrubby... Like I did. And your own bars of soap. We took advantage of downstairs... At the bakery they had coffee and tea and lovely items to snack on to get your days started. We were on the move so much we didn't prepare meals so don't have any info to give about kitchen really.The front door is so beautiful.. don't forget to get a pix... That is the only pix I took of the place. Suggested place to eat less than a block away. It's a Georgian one.. get the "Boat" or their take on the pizza. The waiter so sweet... Food so good.Viva La France...Our last visit.... Now off to England and Scotland...

Excellent location. Very convenient to the Metro. Probably not the best idea to stay with more than 6-8 folks, we managed 12 but the bathroom scene gets really iffy at times. The laundry machine will wake the dead, these are NOT deal breakers for most travelers. I still recommend this property and give it 5 stars. Just be aware the factor that it sleeps 12 doesn’t mean it’s “comfortable”. Only one room would qualify as a “master” due to the en suite bathroom. The property is also a bit noisy due to its location. Again this might be awesome for younger travelers. There were revelers out til 3:00am one Friday night. We are a bit older, mid-50’s and I would have preferred a quieter location, but again I still award this property 5 stars because it checks a LOT of boxes. My only caveat would be for parties greater than 6-8 adults this property might not be for you.

Well-Maintained, Large, Great Location

The house is very clean. There was room for everyone. Very large windows allows you to see the busy streets. Two couples and four singles were able to have their own rooms with ample space. The living area was able to accommodate other family who visited because of the large dining table and lots of chairs. The sofa is on the small side so it accommodates maybe four people. Lots of dishes. The neighborhood is great, vibrant, shops and restaurants. Visit Kuccini for Italian and the underground bar at Les Ami’s Des Messina for dessert or drinks - both two blocks away. The owner responds right away. You need to use your phone light at night to go down the stairs or you will fall down :-)

Parisian vacation for our multigenerational family

We immensely enjoyed our stay in downtown Paris! We were a group of three generations enjoying a vacation of a lifetime throughout France and we ended on a high note in this spacious and gorgeous apartment. It is well maintain with updated furnishings and space for everyone. Communication was prompt and clear and our host Sophie was a pleasure to work with. All in all, it was a memorable stay! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location

We had 3 generations on our holiday and the accommodations were perfect. Elevator worked well and we had restaurants and markets all around us while still being able to walk or take the metro to the attractions we wanted to see. Would definitely stay there again.

Family tour of Paris
