Absolutely Great location - walking distance to all the sites, metro station right near, RER 10-15 min walk - grocer and tons of restaurants within a block! Apartment was rather worn and in need of a deep clean (stained carpet, grimy shower curtain and corners, bed creaked at every move…) and sparse, but it had all the basics. Would have liked a microwave and dryer. Ad was very clear about the four stories of stairs and no elevators so that was expected - FYI it is an old slanting spiralling stair case, wouldn’t want to carry up large luggage.
Check in was at an electronic lockbox over one street but easy enough. No early check in or storage, so we had to pay extra to store our luggage at a place just down the street. Very secure building.
