The location is A+. So well located with a metro station right across the street and 2 other lines within a 10 min walk. Super well connected to all sites and arrondissements of the city. Neighborhood was safe and fun to walk around, with plenty of cafés and restaurants.
The apartment itself is fine. However, a few simple lacks were notable: no kitchen basics were provided (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil), no kitchen paper towels, only one tea towel was available, ONE single roll of toilet paper was provided (2 people, 6 days) and we were left an empty can of bathroom deodorizer. We ended up purchasing toilet paper and deodorizer. Lacklustre.
The place looks clean on the surface but could use a deep cleanse.
Having two beds was practical for our situation but the sofa-bed was insufferably uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch cushions over the mattress.
Contact with the owner/manager was easy and we received quick responses. Obtaining the key through the Key Café was slightly complicated (app requires a payable authenticator!) but the return was easy.
All in all, the location was worth it, but don’t expect anything spectacular.
