The Space:
Welcome to this charming 57 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Villa Croix Nivert in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed. The flat has a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, plus an additional en-suite toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Tucked away on a quiet, leafy street in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, this apartment puts you in one of Paris's most authentic and liveable neighbourhoods — popular with locals, yet just minutes from the city's most iconic landmarks.
The Eiffel Tower is within easy walking distance, and the Champ-de-Mars gardens make for a perfect morning stroll or a picnic at sunset. Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum and the UNESCO headquarters are all nearby, as is the beautiful Parc André Citroën — where you can even take a hot air balloon ride over the city. For shopping and daily life, the Rue du Commerce is a 7-minute walk away, lined with bakeries, cafés, markets and boutiques. Foodies will love the neighbourhood's bistrot scene — La Véraison and Bistrot Jadis are both on Rue de la Croix Nivert itself, while Rue Cler, one of Paris's most beloved market streets, is a short stroll north.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
