The accommodation, located in an old building, does not have a lift, but offers a soothing setting with a room with a double bed 140 x 190. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, and the living room invites you to relax after a day of discovery. You will also find a pleasant bathroom.

Amenities at your disposal include Wifi, a hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioning, fan, oven and iron.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, thus ensuring optimal comfort.

One of the major assets of this apartment is its practicality. It is very quiet, with 4 large windows overlooking the courtyard that let in light. Note that the building can be noisy, especially at night, so please respect the tranquility of the place. The bus 91, located 5 minutes walk from the metro Chemin Vert, serves the Gare de Lyon in 10 minutes and the Gare Montparnasse. Bus 96, on the other hand, is located rue de Turennes.

Nearby you can visit the Picasso Museum, as well as the Place de la Bastille and the Opéra Bastille, reachable in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. For a pleasant walk, the long Allée Verte is not far, just like the quays leading to Pont Marie and Saint Michel.

While exploring the Marais, you will discover the rue de Béarn, which leads to the Place des Vosges, a real historical gem.
