The living area invites you to relax after a day of sightseeing, while the mezzanine offers a 140×200 double bed for comfortable nights.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, for a hassle-free stay.

Ideally located, you will be very well served by public transportation. The RER B Bagneux is a 15-minute walk away (0.8 miles), and the Bagneux Lucie Aubrac metro station is 17 minutes away (0.9 miles). From these lines, you can reach the center of Paris, notably Châtelet-les-Halles, in about 35 minutes.

The shower room with toilet, although small, is functional.



For your comfort and safety, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under 8 years of age. The mezzanine and staircase configuration are recommended for people of average build.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Please also note that the skylight is currently out of service and that roofing work will begin in April, which may cause occasional noise or visual disturbance.
