Host waited till last minute to approve early check in, host did not provide 2 set of keys requiring a 2nd trip to key store, WiFi in apartment did not work, light in toilet did not work. No garbage bags provided nor info on how to take out garbage, then when checking out, the key store wasn’t open, they didn’t answer the phone at the time so we dropped the keys through the door but they wanted me to take photos to prove the key store was closed. Then the woman on the phone when they finally answered was rude and blaming me for proving the key store was closed. The host, Houst was totally useless and apologized for the lack of WiFi and said the owner admitted the WiFi had been a problem, cabling said they would make a price adjustment but they haven’t done so yet…oh, they claimed the key store was a 10 minute walk? Lie, the driver noted the distance of 2.6 kilometers, that ain’t a 10 minute walk. All in, it’s too bad the host was so poor and unprofessional because the apartment was nice and well located. I’ll never rent a place that Houst manages.
