Este ático es increíble. Sus grandes volúmenes y techo alto, el brillo de la luz y la calidad de la decoración le dan un toque único. La decoración se mantuvo pura para realzar la belleza del volumen. Perfecto para una luna de miel, también puede dormir una tercera adulto o 2 niños en sofás.

En el centro del Barrio Latino, que se encuentra cerca del famoso Panteón, encantadora Place de la Contrescarpe, Universidad de la Sorbona, Saint Germain y los magníficos jardines de Luxemburgo, este apartamento ofrece una oportunidad única:
• Se trata de una oferta excepcional: el apartamento ha sido diseñado con un cuidado especial para dormir cómodamente hasta 3/4 personas (1 cama de matrimonio y 2 sofás).
• Se encuentra en un edificio de piedra construido en la década de 1800. El edificio ha sido totalmente renovado y rediseñado por un arquitecto en 2016. Cuatro apartamentos similares para dormir durante 3 a 6 personas, dependiendo de la APT están disponibles en el mismo edificio.

Los propietarios han conservado el estilo tradicional apartamento francés con las vigas de madera-bellamente expuestas. El apartamento es muy funcional. También han conservado el elegante terracota suelo de baldosas francés con una variación de color y espesor en ciertas partes de la vivienda. Este estilo planta se remonta a unos 150 años, si no más, y es de gran importancia histórica.

Al entrar en el apartamento, uno es recibido por un pequeño pasillo que sirve el inodoro hacia la derecha, a continuación, la cocina bien equipada, y conduce a la gran sala de estar.

El salón ofrece un espacio generoso. Dispone de 2 ventanas con vista sobre París y los alrededores. Dos ventanas de techo adicionales (con las cortinas automáticas) llevar la luz del cielo. El apartamento se abre en la encantadora Place Larue, que ofrece varias terrazas. No hay bloques de construcción de la vista: está abierta en la Rue Sainte Genevieve, y el famoso y hermoso patio de la Escuela Politécnica (recibe muchas conferencias internacionales de investigadores).

A la derecha de la sala de estar, un sofá y un asiento de mesa de 4 personas. Si es necesario, los sofás se pueden utilizar bajo petición a dormir un adulto adicional o 2 niños. Hay un televisor montado en la pared. Las paredes están decoradas con un enorme antiguo mapa de París. A la derecha de la cama de matrimonio es de primera calidad.

El baño está totalmente alicatado con piedra. Se está a la izquierda de la cama. Ofrece un baño, ya que como una gran ducha de tipo italiano. Las ventanas del cuarto de baño adicional traer luz agradable y hasta el sol de la mañana.

Justo en el edificio se encuentran muchas tiendas, restaurantes, panaderías, delies y más. Nosotros recomendamos probar "Les pipos" restaurante, comida típica francesa tradicional.

La ubicación apt es un punto de partida ideal para visitar París: basada en el corazón del viejo París, frente a Notre Dame y la moda de Saint Louis Ile con, a poca distancia, el Marais, donde están las tiendas de ropa mejores de París. La Universidad de la Sorbona, el famoso Jardín de las Plantas, el Panteón, el Arenas de Lutecia, jardín de Luxemburgo y el Museo Cluny de artes medievales son todos los pasos. Cruzar la calle y pasear por las orillas del Sena, disfrutar de una copa en una de las muchas barcazas o bailar Tango en la plaza "Tino Rossi" en el tiempo de la tarde de verano.

Paseo a la "Rue Mouffetard" y "place de la Contrescarpe" para tener una cena al aire libre, pasear en el cercano y hermoso "Jardín de Luxemburgo", visite Ile Saint Louis, catedral de Notre-Dame, el Panteón, la Sorbona, le " Paradis Latin "Cabaret y la zona de Saint Germain. Uno encuentra un montón de restaurantes, tiendas, cines y muchos sitios culturales para visitar.

Estancia muy agradable, zona perfecta
Recomiendo el apartamento, eso si, es para 2 personas, nosotros fuimos 3 y el sofá era muy incomodo, tiramos las colchonetas al suelo, pero eran muy estrechas. La cama grande muy cómoda, el baño perfecto, todo limpio y acogedor. Eso si, hay que subir 5 pisos de escaleras menos mal que salíamos por la mañana y no volvíamos hasta la noche. Las vistas ideales y con un montón de restaurantes para poder elegir.

Historic Apartment in superb location
Great location walking distance to the highlights off the left bank. Local dining less touristy nearby with everything you need within a short walk. Stairs are challenging with large bags and would not recommend for physically challenged folks. Location worth the climb!

Modern apartment above lively Latin Quarter
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with our two teen age children. The location is great, a view of Notre Dame and the sound of buzzing lively cafes below. Luxurious renovated bathroom, open windows for a cool cross breeze. Small kitchen useful for snacks and breakfast only. Tough windy staircase, be prepared! Shared Laundry available at the bottom of stairs. Great restaurants especially if you walk further up Rue Descartes! Thank you for offering this rental!

A lovely perch above the Latin Quarter
This apartment is lovely. We found it to be clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well laid out with a separate WC. The kitchenette is perfect for a flat this size - we didn't cook since the food is so good in Paris. But I did use the mini fridge and the tea pot daily. The windows open easily to allow for a nice cross breeze through the apartment. The view is wonderful as well - you're looking out towards the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral. The neighborhood is adorable and there are literally restaurants right outside the entrance. In the evenings the places were all buzzing in the area with a young crowd. With the windows closed, it was pretty quiet even with the buzz outside. I loved that the Pantheon was just steps away from the apartment. From in front of the Pantheon the Eiffel Tower is in view - we walked out a couple of nights on the hour to see the sparkling lights on the tower. There was also a Metro line just a few blocks away. The only potential downside is the 5 story stairway - it's quite steep and narrow. When I put 'perch' in the title, that is what I was referring to - it's almost like a birdhouse up a 5 stories tree. We had pretty large bags as we were traveling from the states and just got off a cruise as well. It wasn't easy getting large bags up and down, but it's doable. I would stay here again for sure, but bring smaller bags. If want a real feel for the area, absolutely stay here.

Perfect in every way!!!
This property is exactly as described and overlooks one of the most quaint squares in the Latin Quarter I’ve ever visited!!! The bathroom is fabulous and the host made each side of the couch up into beds so that our family of 4 slept perfectly: 2 in the bed and 2 on the couch benches, which were amazingly comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of locals chatting and frolicking below and waking up to the bells Notre Dame, which is easily visible from the window in this quaint flat. It’s about a 5-10 min walk to various Metro stops, but we easily walked to Notre Dame, La Louvre, along the Seine, and even to the Champs-Elysées! What a wonderful stay. Please note that, as the owner mentioned, this flat is on the top floor of a walk-up building. That’s 5 floors of very narrow, spiral stairs, so be prepared. Thank you for making our trip to Paris as dreamy as Paris should be!

Neighborhood little traffic. Normal city noise from the Cafes. Stairs are narrow. Property Manager has multiple units in the building so get a lower floor if the stairs are an issue. I would stay again for sure.

Cosy 5 is very cosy!
It had a wonderful view and comfortable king size bed. The 92 steps may be more difficult with heavier/larger suitcases or people with bad knees. Location was great--many restaurants and sites very close. Room was very quiet even with activity below our windows.

Amazing
Quaint wonderful building with five floors. We stayed on the fifth floor at the very top. The apartment was just lovely, well lit and spacious enough for two people. The space was well equipped with all that one could possibly need for a stay. Climbing up to the fifth floor with luggage was challenging and quite a workout. However, this would not deter us from staying again...we would just pack a little lighter. Thankfully, my husband and I are in good shape and were able to manage. Loved our stay and would stay again in the future. Thanks for a beautiful stay in Paris.

Spacious and in a great location
We loved our stay here! It was me, my husband, and 5 year old kiddo and this apartment was plenty big. I thought maybe the bed for my kiddo may be uncomfortable because it was a bench but it wasn’t! In fact, my husband and I would lay there to relax or nap at times. The view is incredible and the street right next to it has a lot of shops and restaurants but it’s not at all crowded. We explored other areas of Paris but breathed a sigh of relief as we got near the apartment because of the tranquility. Granted, this is near a university and on the ground level there are two cafes so on Friday and Saturday night you could hear the chatter until about 5 am but if this bothers you maybe a white noise app on your phone would help. It didn’t keep us up though because we were so exhausted from walking around Paris all day. Yes, the stairs are a hike but we didn’t mind them! The laundry room was fantastic and I was able to do a few loads of laundry which was nice. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Das 1 Zimmer Apartment ist ideal für 2 Personen und gut ausgestattet. Mit Koffern ist die schmale Treppe in das Dachgeschoss schwer begehbar. Der Blick auf Notre Dame aus den alten Fenstern ist traumhaft und das Apartment ist lichtdurchflutet!

Perfect stay
Overall, great place to stay and would highly recommend it. It is a studio but feels spacious with the high ceiling And in a super central location. The only things to note are that laundry is on the first floor and shared. Also, the stair ways smelled like smoke in the evenings. Only impacts walk up. No smell of smoke in the apartment. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends!

L'emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier central, animé, avec plein de cafés et de petits restaurants délicieux et à 5 minutes des quais de Seine. L'appartement est parfait : grand, lumineux et très bien agencé. La vue sur la cathédrale Notre-dame de Paris et les toits du quartier est superbe. C'est rare d'avoir une telle sensation d'espace dans une location à Paris !

2024 first family adventure abroad
I would love to come back and stay at this very place in a more romantic way too. However my kids and I loved it. It was a perfect location of the notre dame in the window view and the church and Pantheon right behind us. There's no joke around Americans and there big luggage (yes mine) we did our best to carry up quietly but be prepared. No problem for us though. We spent a week and went most places by foot and taxi..... and subway. All easy to figure out. Thank you host❤️ hope to come back

Charming place
Nice large studio apartment in a great location with a nice view. The only draw back for us was that there are 92 uneven stairs which makes it very difficult to get the luggage up, especially for older folks. This needs to be clearly specified in the online listing before signing up. A little courtesy bottle of water and some coffee would be nice so that when guests arrive don’t have to run to the supermarket. The management was very responsive to our needs and fixing minor items. We recommend the place.

Lovely property, restaurants right in front of the building, great location to explore. My only caution is that you are on the fifth floor, Very narrow, winding staircase. Have to use extreme caution taking your luggage up and more so down the stairs.

Great location, but
The apt is listed as a one bedroom. It’s not. It’s a studio. A rather large studio, but there’s not a separate bedroom. The kitchen is adequate, but really equipped for a simple breakfast only. Biggest issue are the stairs. Yes it’s Paris, yes it’s an old historic building, which certainly add charm . But be ready to carry your baggage up several very narrow, very winding flights of steps to this “penthouse.” Best thing about the apt is its location, which is in the heart of the Latin Quarter. I rent apts in Paris two or three times a year. This was not one of my favorites.

The room was very clean and just right for us. There was a bit of noise late at night that came from the street but we were able to fall back to sleep. The view was great of Notre Dame! Would caution anyone of a certain age or someone not in the best shape to think twice. It was very difficult for my husband and I to get up all those stairs with our carryon and a back pack. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as it appeared in the photographs. Stairs were narrow as described but we managed fine with our suitcases. Loved the view of Notre Dame in the distance. The neighbourhood was buzzing with students and had lots of character. Our family felt completely safe during our visit and appreciated the central location and short walk to Metro stops. This location worked well for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 9 and 13. This is the perfect hideaway in Paris!
