Communication was initially great with the property manager, booking was easy, unit however left much to be desired. Welcomed by a mouse trap attached to the wall at the unit door, a very stained couch and an overall uncomfortable/dirty feel. Things got worse when my daughter and husband watched a mouse scurry across the unit and had definitely spent some time in the couch and surrounding area. There was mouse poop on the couch, on the fold out mattress and floors. I called that evening and the next morning. After a couple of days of going back-and-forth, we were given a 60 refund for the cleaning fee. When I informed them that I did not feel as though that was fair compensation for our disastrous day, they would not give back any additional money. I found broken glass on the floor and two of our towels had been used and not exchanged with clean ones. Long dark hair found through the unit. When I contacted the rental company via message I did not hear back. I called around 1030 the next morning to be told a manager was not available, but I would be called back but they have not called yet. They informed me they closed at 2000 and they hadn’t seen my messages yet.
