The apartment's location provides easy access to the city's most popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations, making it the perfect base for exploring all of Paris!

It is designed with an open floor plan. The bright living room features a comfortable seating area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main room has a queen-sized bed, and the other two contain bunk beds (two single beds) each. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

All bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The fashionable Marais district in the 4th arrondissement, also known as SoMa (South Marais), is filled with hip boutiques, galleries, and gay bars. Once the city's Jewish quarter, the area still hosts numerous kosher restaurants. The grassy Place des Vosges is home to elegant arcades and the Musée Victor Hugo, where the writer lived. Streets around the Saint-Paul metro lead to the Maison Européenne de la Photographie.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Saint-Paul, is just a 2 -minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
