Fantastic location! Great area and very convenient for metro stations, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very spacious, could use a little refresher paint job! Had a wonderful stay and would rent that place again.

Very nice property close to Bastille Metro. Secure but easy to access with instructions given. Bistros, grocery and wine stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. Owner messaged us restaurant recommendations during out stay.

Wonderful location! About an hour relaxing walk to Eiffel Tower, but many cafes and shops only a few steps away. 3 beds and 2 pull-out couches, we slept 6 adults and 4 children comfortably.Excellent communication was a huge benefit too. Great details for arrival and check out, we had no questions left to ask! Wifi worked great for everyone, lots of power outlets to keep us all charged up. Dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, all the things we could have asked for.Comfy beds, lots of pillows and blankets.Thank you very much for helping make our Paris trip memorable!

Great location

This was a perfect location for our stay with just a short walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Centre Pompideau. The metro was right around the corner as well. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose this place again.

Spacious property close to metro station and in an area with a wide variety of good brasseries and restaurants. The apartment is good, although it could do with some maintenance and tidying up.

The location of the apartment was great. Great restaurants, shops and transportation nearby. The communication was good, they let us drop off our luggage early afternoon before the late afternoon check in. Overall, the apartment seemed a bit dirty. The stairs to the lower level were very narrow and the railing didn't feel secure/safe. We did not even attempt to bring suitcases downstairs. The air conditioning did not cool off the first floor well, it was hot.

Quick tour in Paris

Location was fantastic. Tons of restaurants, shopping, general activities within a 5-10 min walk. Short train ride or jog to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe. Having never visited Paris before the neighborhood was a gamble, and we were not disappointed. Amenities were as described. We were a group Of 6 adults and were very comfortable. Wanted for nothing that wasn’t already present.

We specifically booked this property because we needed three usable bedrooms for our guests. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a large amount of black mold visible on the walls, making it unsafe to use.After we reported it, the host sent someone to “clean” the room the next day. However, the mold was still clearly visible afterward. We sent additional photos, but the host argued that the room was clean and safe, despite the obvious mold remaining on the walls. Due to health concerns, we chose not to use that bedroom at all, which meant we did not receive what we paid for.The host refused any partial refund, even though one of the booked bedrooms was unusable.Additionally, while the listing advertises three showers, the hot water system only allows one shower at a time, which is extremely inconvenient for a group.Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to health concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this property, especially for families or groups needing multiple rooms.

Great location

Hosts were wonderful communicators. The apartment was in a great neighborhood close to all the tourist attractions but the street and its locals a bit sketchy. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is not accurately described. The apartment only has 2 toilets, no iron and the ironing board has no cover so we had to go purchase a steamer. The stairs to the downstairs bedroom were very dangerous as they were missing a bolt that held the staircase to the upper handrail. There was only one small mirror in the entire apartment. One other mirror was there but hung so high that someone under 5’4’ could not see into it. Two out of the three bathrooms were far too dark. The outside area that is advertised was so filthy and covered in bird droppings, etc, that you could not utilize the space. The overall apartment was a disappointment for the price but the communication was good.

Spacious

We were two adult friends and one teenager traveling together. This clean apartment gave us the space and amenities we were looking for. Great location with easy access to the Seine (great jogging along pedestrian level of the river), the quirky and historic Marais neighborhood, good restaurants, several grocery stores, and a couple of metro lines. (FYI that the apartment doesn’t have a view of anything interesting, if that’s important to you.)The basement bedroom gave the teenager the privacy she wanted, while the back bedroom gave one adult the quiet she needed to sleep. (FYI that the basement bedroom and one bedroom on the main/ground level have a wall on the street side, and since Paris is a vibrant city, there was some (fully expected) noise coming in from the street.) The three bathrooms are all on the main level. For clarity, two of the bathrooms are full bathrooms with a toilet, shower, and sink; the third has a shower and a sink but no toilet. The washing machine/dryer combo is located in the back/quiet bedroom, so we would start a load before we went out touristing for the day. The kitchen had everything we needed.Dishwasher, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, q-tips, and a few coffee pods are all provided. There are plenty of extra towels available if needed.There was a maintenance issue while we were there and I appreciated the quick and easy communication with the host company and how quickly they fixed the issue.

Do NOT book this place unless you want to exist in complete SILENCE. The walls are extremely thin and there are some clearly disgruntled neighbours in the building. They have a policy of “quiet hours” from 2PM to 7AM!! ANY noise during this period will result in a noise complaint. This was not advertised anywhere prior to booking. We were a group of 7 people staying 4 nights and received a noise complaint every day despite only being in the apartment for parts of the day and talking at normal conversational levels. There was even one day where only 2 people were in the apartment chatting quietly and we still received a complaint. Completely ridiculous. Also hot water runs out quickly. Book elsewhere.
