Wonderful location with an easy walk to Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. You can see the Pompidou from the stoop of this apartment. The subway was really close. We found this to be a great location for both walking and getting to sites that were further away. I had a little bit of a hard time finding it initially because it doesn't have a number outside, but wasn't a big deal. The steps to lower level are quite steep, so it may not be a good location for some people. Also, the toilet is upstairs and the shower was downstairs. If there were two toilets, I'd say this would be perfect. Overall, we were very happy with it and would stay again!
