Beautiful Place Close to Everything

THis is my 2nd stay in a year with this company and in their flats. Both were Haussmann Buildings. They are wonderful. We feel secure, the furnishing are beautiful, plenty of towels, and everything is upgraded and nice. This kitchen was lovely, and everyone had a bathroom which is always nice. Close to everything to walk, and a lovely coffee shop/hot chocolate across the street, and 2 bakery’s very close which we got fresh breads and danish each morning. Just lovely. We enjoyed it all.

“Most beautiful place”

Just lovely. Great location. Smooth arrival and departure. Lovely people to deal with. Available if necessary, which turned out to not be the case. Would definitely recommend. Would be back next time!

nice but very loud

Nice and roomy--better than the pictures indicate. It needs a good thorough cleaning and some basic maintenance. Lots of light bulbs out and peeling paint on windows. Great location, very near Metro and shopping on Champs d.Elysee. Lots of street noise that comes with location but in addition, the renovations including very loud demolition activities in the next building went on 6 days a week all day. Did not make for a pleasant stay during the day. Once that it is finished, apartment will be fine.

Celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary

What a Fabulous vacation! The VRBO looked Exactly as the pictures showed. It was very clean and had every accommodation needed for a perfect stay. We were two families of four visiting Paris to celebrate my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary. The location was great. We loved late night eats at the Greek style restaurant across the street. The lamb bowls and gyros were fabulous! They even had traditional burgers and fries for our picky eaters. Of course waking every morning to fresh baked goods from the bakery directly across the street made for a Great start every morning. Everything was top notch!:) Only thing that was tricky was getting into the apartment. The order upon which the codes for the different key pads that were given to each door were a little off … but we managed to figure it out:) Thank you for a Fabulous stay and memories! I highly recommend. :)

Wonderful!!

We stayed here for a family vacation over Christmas break and it was wonderful! There were ten of us and we had plenty of space. The location was wonderful for exploring Paris! The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great VRBO this past week. The apartment, was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. It was exceptionally well equipped with very functional furniture. The living room/dining room combination was very large, ideal for both lounging and dining. The kitchen, also quite large, was very well equipped for our large group. The relatively large bedrooms met our needs as well. The apartment decor was both classy and modern. And, the location, 1/2 a block off the Champs-Élysées and around the corner from the George V Métro station was very convenient for both strolling and traveling by subway. I highly recommend your apartment for anyone!

Great stay for all 8 0f us ages......16 to 76

Apartment is spacious and very clean. Newly installed air conditioning in all rooms was very welcome during hot spell. A text to Sophie was all that was required to answer all questions and/or fix any issues very quickly. I was grateful for the elevator and I will admit that the bed I had was more comfortable than mine at home. Being able to get warm croissants early in the morning from across the street was a bonus welcomed by all of us. We all agree that this is an excellent place to stay in a great location in addition to being large enough for all of us to gather and discuss our day. Thank you, Sophie

Fabulous Apartment and Location!

This apartment has it all! The location is just off of the Champs Elysees and about 1/2 block from the metro but still in a quiet area. Monoprix is nearby for all your grocery and other needs. The apartment is beautiful and spacious (there were six of us) with an elevator (helpful for luggage). The courtyard is very clean and quiet with the sweetest and most helpful apartment manager. And how can you resist when the patisserie is right across the street for fresh croissants and baguettes every morning? We absolutely loved our stay and it really felt like our 'home away from home".

Stunning apartment in amazing location

This apartment will not disappoint! Located right off the Champs Elysee, it is offers Paris at its best. High-end stores and cozy local shops offer the best of both worlds and are just steps outside the door. The apartment is immaculate with all the conveniences one could need. Location, convenience, and comfort all in one place! Hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

Fabulous location

One block from the Champs Elysees this enormous, elegant, modern apartment made me want to sta in Paris longer. 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths + toilet room, W/D, beautiful equipped kitchen. The street has a patisserie, pharmacy, restaurants, everything you could want. Check in was a breeze, Uber had no trouble finding us. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

Everything about this apt was amazing! Sophie and her assistants were so incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to fulfill every request and make sure every aspect of our stay was taken care of before we even arrived. The apt is spectacular and so so so beautiful. Een mooi ruim appartement in een mooie buurt centraal gelegen. Dicht bij parkeergarage en metro. Aantal badkamers komt niet overeen met de advertentie en er was helaas geen airco. Verder top.

Paris dream

What a fabulous Parisian apartment with all the luxury and romance of the city. It is just footsteps away from the best shopping in Paris, you can even see Louis Vuitton from the window. Immense appartement très bien situé

Appartement très spacieux ( on s'y perd ! ), idéal pour couples d'amis ou famille nombreuse ( sans poussette volumineuse car elle ne rentre pas dans l'ascenseur, il faut le savoir ). Très bien situé, à 2 pas du métro et des champs Elysées. L'accueil de Mickael est très sympa et la propriétaire très arrangeante. Un petit bémol tout de même, cet appartement aurait besoin de quelques interventions de maintenance : chauffe eau qui saute régulièrement, TV impossible à regarder ( problème de box ), pas mal d'ampoules à changer notamment dans une salle de bain, une porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, une porte de poubelle sous évier très difficile à ouvrir ( on a toujours peur de la casser ) et un gros manque d'ustensiles de cuisine ( dessous de plat, plat , cloche micro ondes, plateau, essoreuse à salade, torchons vaisselle ..... ce qui est dommage car la cuisine a beaucoup de rangements et elle est très bien aménagée. Quand ces petits soucis seront résolus, cet appartement sera très fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour !
