  • Situado en la pintoresca Rue Aubriot, situado entre la calle Saint Croix-Bretonnerie y Blancs Manteaux el viajero encuentra este económico, casa de vacaciones de lujo. Una escalera de caracol encantador que conduce a la, amplio apartamento de dos dormitorios y buhardilla elegantemente decorado y tranquilo cuarto piso situado en el histórico barrio de Marais. Metro Hotel de Ville.

    Restaurado totalmente en 2005 para conservar su encanto del viejo mundo, la residencia dispone de vigas de madera, paredes de yeso, ventanas y claraboyas Velux, suelos de terracota hechos a mano, y baldosas de cerámica pintado a mano.

    La residencia está situada en una de las zonas más animadas de París ... muy chic! Sin embargo, cuando dentro de la residencia, el ruido de la calle es inaudible.

    La residencia tiene capacidad para seis cómodamente. No hay líneas para el inodoro aquí como el inodoro y la ducha están en habitaciones separadas de forma muy completa con espejo y su propio lavabo.

    Encontrará todos los conviences modernas a la que está acostumbrado, incluyendo aire acondicionado, ubicado en el interior del viejo-cálido encanto y el carácter de la histórica residencia.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It’s very charming and is in an amazing location. It had great air conditioning and all of the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This was such a pleasant surprise! It was in the perfect location to sights, restaurants, and grocery stores. The VRBO HAD EVERYTHING: coffee, towels, washer and dryer, even a dishwasher. The air conditioner was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy antique apartment with all the amenities needed to for a stay away from home. Host was very helpful and very detailed with how to work everything. Location was great! We were able to walk to most major attractions in Paris and you can take the water boat-bus to go farther distances. I will definitely go back here in a heartbeat.

Host was very helpful and easy to work with. Lots of stairs but that was noted up front and understood. Wasn’t an Issue for our group. Location is perfect.

What a wonderful apartment, in a wonderful neighborhood, owned and maintained by wonderful people. If you can handle 4 flights of stairs, stay here. Such a unique place representative of the family that has maintained it. The street is a quiet one in a sea of a wonderfully busy and vibrant surroundings. Highly recommend!

Great stay at this terrific apartment in an ideal location for us. The street is so nice that we frequently had people taking pictures in front of the door which was entertaining. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stops and a huge variety of restaurants.The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had, and the apartment was as described. The stairs up to the apartment are significant so if anyone in your group has an issue with stairs I would consider alternatives but it was perfect for us.Our stay ran the gamut of weather conditions and the apartment was fine in both wet & chilly conditions and in a heatwave with good AC.I would recommend this location to a friend.

If your group can fit here comfortably this place is a "must-stay." It's in the best part of Paris, on a tiny perfect side street just steps away from amazing food, sights, and more. Just walking up the stairs to the apartment is like passing through a dream. Once you're in the apartment you'll be charmed if not blown away by the tile floors, exposed wood beams, eccentric art, a peek at the Pompadou and even an upright spinet piano. Paris is wonderful to begin with, and it's possible this place was the highligh of our 3-day stay.

This apartment is a little gem in France. It has great old world architecture but modern appliances. The place was very clean and did allow an earlier bag drop. Those who met us during the bag drop were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the place did have air conditioning, which was needed as this is a top floor apartment and the temps hit 90, when a week prior it was only supposed to get into the 70’s. Be prepared to climb quite a lot of steps. However you are very close to a metro and a 5 min walk to Notre Dame. Plenty of little cafes around and bakeries.

Absolutely loved this charming home away from home in Paris! Easy walk to the Notre Dame and on to the Louvre. Or, if you prefer a shorter walk, the metro is quite close. Restaurants are abundant in the area as well as small grocery stores.Please note that there are many steps to get up to the top floor where this charming apartment is. No elevator. If you do not do stairs on a regular basis, this is not the place for you. Our host was wonderful and quite welcoming. Kitchen small and has everything you need. Bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet room. Living area large and very pleasant. We found opening windows and skylights created a wonderful breeze, so we didn't need the air-conditioning.

Great central location. Local food delights are easily offset by the four flights of stairs, and joy of looking at the sky and clouds through the kitchen skylight.

Great residence in the heart of the Marais

This was a great apartment in the heart of a great area in Paris. Right from the start our host gave us great directions and we were able to drop of our bags to go explore Paris. This quiet apartment had lots of space with a great kitchen, nice beds and shower. We really enjoyed our stay and visited some great restaurants, boulangeries, and museums close by.

Had heat and A/C. All kitchen appliances and coffee. Also clothes washer and dryer. Only down side was the stairs up to the apartment but well worth the space. Had 2 queen size beds and a twin in attic area and fold out loveseat. Had wifi included also. Communicated with whats app to owner. A nice woman oriented us to the apartment and we had secure fob to open 2 entrance doors at street level for security. Had good dead bolts also on door. Excellent location to tourist sites, metro and RER trains.
