Este encantador apartamento está ubicado en la rue de Portefoin, en un edificio del siglo XIX, a pocos pasos de la Plaza del Templo, las tiendas de moda de la rue de Bretagne y el Mercado de los Niños Rojos (Le Marché des Enfants Rouge), el El mercado de alimentos más antiguo de París. Perfect Spot

Great location and while close to the bustleof Paris it was quiet. It was perfect for my wife and I. Room to relax after a day out and close shops and other interesting areas. Would 100% stay there again.

We've stayed in this apartment multiple times now, each time for an extended stay of over 5 weeks. We love the location! It's very close to everything that you could want or need. The balcony is a real highlight of the apartment, and we love to spend time out there in the mornings before we head out for the day, and again in the evenings after dinner.We find that the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.We look forward to staying here again on our next Paris trip.

Living like a Parisien!!!

Sent a month at this apartment. We really enjoyed the property. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the noise of the city!! Close to so many tourist sites. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was exactly what we had hoped for, a true Parisian living experience. It is on a quiet one block long street, but only 2 blocks from tons of restaurants,shops and grocery store.

Nicely located close to a couple of metro stops. Walkable area with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants. The bathroom was surprisingly large. Lots of closet space.

Our Parisian week at Enfants-Rouges was a dream come true. Nestled in the heart of the Marais, the apartment offered an unbeatable location. Honeymoon Stay

Our stay here was great! The location was perfect for shops, restaurants and other attractions. Being on the fifth floor was pleasant with a constant breeze when the windows were open. A nice kitchen with the equipment we needed. Had to pick up extra washer detergent and there weren't too many condiments (oils, salt, seasonings, etc) to cook with, but overall, we would stay here again!

Kalu takes Vovó and Gramps to Paris

We had a fabulous time in Paris made easy by the wonderful accommodations. Loved being in this neighborhood where we could walk to museums, the islands, great restaurants -- tons qu'il faut. Don't know when we'll be back but this would be an easy choice for a return visit. Thank you.

This unit was everything we needed. It’s proximity to rail lines is perfect. It’s walkability to food, and monuments was great. The unit was well apportioned and as described. The checkin was seamless. Highly recommend.

Excellent Apartment in Paris La Marais

Ideally situated 1 bed room apartment on 5th floor with elevator that works well. Location is central in Paris 3 rd arr but off main streets so low noise level. Balcony was a real plus. Host was responsive and helpful.Will definitely return.

Comfortable stay on the edge of the Marais

A pleasant 3 days at this property in January . Convenient to Marais and Republique. On a quiet side street, 5 th floor (of 6) with a very small but functional elevator. Kitchen and bath supplied with all the basics. In warmer weather the small balcony would be a plus.

Suber location, large appartement for Paris.Needs some paint job. A new set of dishes and glasses would be a big improvent. But overall, a very nice place for the price.

Great Base in Paris

We stayed here for 6 weeks - it’s in a great location with good shopping and transport links. We did have a problem with a leak but the owner responded very promptly. The apartment would benefit from a bit of repainting , but I would definitely recommend a stay here .

Beautiful Parisian apartment in fantastic location

We loved our stay here: so central in Paris, and yet on a peaceful street, but the advantage of being a couple of minutes walk from plenty of great shops, cafes & restaurants and metro. The apartment is on the 5th floor, there is a (very small) lift to help with access if you need. The apartment is really clean & beautifully furnished. We loved the views from the balcony and being able to sit out at the small table for two. Four of us stayed here and found it the perfect base for exploring the city.

Great 2-week stay in Paris

We were a group of 4. Property is very good located; building 10 points while the apartment needs some maintenance (painting, a new sofa bed and wood lacquer). Communication for check-in/check-out and any other inconvenience was rapidly responded. Overall, a great choice to stay.

Beautiful apartment

This was a perfect place to stay during our 4 day trip to Paris. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe and secure. There was a very small elevator but worked great. Very clean apartment decorated very nice. Loved the sweet balcony with a table and two chairs. The view was beautiful. Recommend they get new pillows and provide more kitchen towels. But definitely a 5 star in our book.
