The apartment is located in an exceptional area of Paris and that is most important. The space is very large and, as it is a basement/apt (concrete painted floors) it can get a bit cold on the feet in the fall/winter months. Furniture, appliances, beds were all first rate. Communication was excellent and any questions were answered with haste. Interior courtyard and thus no noise from the street. We recommend this place and will go back if we return to Paris.

Comfortable well equipped with 2 roomy bedrooms. Within a reasonably convenient walk to Louvre and Notre Dame, and metro. Well managed and maintained. Nice pillows. Family friendly, close to food stores and reasonable eaterys.

We really loved this spacious apartment in a great location. We could walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner or to the metro. It’s a bustling neighborhood but because the unit is at the back with a courtyard between it and the street, it was very quiet.

Overall an excellent stay at this property. Location is great, in a quiet courtyard but near to restaurants and metro stations. Has some issues at first but they were quickly addressed. Most could have been avoided if there was an information booklet ( washer/dryer instructions, ac unit venting, etc).

Fantastic stay!

We loved our time at this apartment. It was huge and in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk Notre Dame and the Lourve. Great food options in the area and neighborhood has a wonderful vibe. Apartment provided portable AC which kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping, otherwise we did not really need it. Apt felt very safe. Front bedroom is kind of dark but the ownera do provide a number of lights to help. Lighter paint would probably help, but we were really only in there for sleeping so it was not an issue.Bathrooms were big. Apt includes a washer/dryer combo unit so best for small loads. I cant recall if there was a drying rack but if not it be great to include one.Overall we really loved our stay and would stay again. The location really is fantastic.

The apartment is a gem. Location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants & several landmarks. Yet once you step into the courtyard you are transported to a quiet oasis. Communication with the owner was wonderful.

Part of a family gathering.

Our extended family of seven adults and eight children traveled to Paris for a one week holiday to explore the city. We stayed in this apartment and two others in the same apartment building so that we would be able to visit with each other easily. The location was central, five minute walk from Pompidou, ten minutes from Picasso and fifteen from Notre Dame. It was also close to the Metro. The apartments were clean and spacious and well maintained. They were comfortable and nicely arranged giving us space to arrange the clutter of eight children. Our hosts, Ico and Baltazar, were there to meet us and were very responsive to our needs, appearing quickly when needed, cheerful and helpful. The air-conditioning kept us comfortable in the midst of a 100 degree heat wave. There were many restaurants in the area as well as bakeries and small grocery stores. There were also a variety of places to get interesting take out meals. Thankfully none of them were McDonalds or Starbucks. For our family adventure, these apartments were perfect. And any one of them would be perfect for a smaller family.

Fabulous location in the heart of Le Marais

A spacious, clean & well-appointed apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with walking access to sites and the metro. It fit our family of 5 really well. Communication from the host and access to the building were easy to follow. Grocery store, cafes and bakeries within arms reach. I wish we could have stayed in Paris longer!

Great Oasis in the Center of Things

We stayed approximately two weeks here, and were quite happy with our choice. The unit is pretty big - I would estimate the living room alone is probably 20 ft by 30 ft - and sits in the back of essentially two courtyards that you access from the street via a code-secured door. So the unit gets no street noise at all, but when you step out of the courtyard area onto the street you are immediately in a bustling area. Beds are comfortable; water pressure is good; area is safe to walk around, and the unit is walking distance to the Seine and most major attractions, save for maybe the Eiffel Tower and Montmarte.

Excellent!!

We are a family of 8 with people of mixed ages from 6 to 69. This apartment's very spacious, well appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was a treat!! Even considering the wonderful apartment, the star of this booking is definitely the location. You are in the heart of the 3rd with an unending amount of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and cafes within mere seconds of leaving the courtyard. We would definitely rebook this apartment when we return to Paris!!

Perfect location to feel like a local!!!

My family and I had an amazing time in Paris and staying at this apartment made it so much better than we imagined! The location was perfect! We arrived the day before a big party day (fete de musique) and were so happy to experience such a magical day! Metro lines are all super close, we took 2 taxis our entire 3 weeks, used the metro exclusively and easily. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. There are cute little bars my husband and I went to for little date nights and we watched the euros with the locals!!! Management was always quick to reply to any questions, we saw them on site often tending to other apartments, and we even got help getting a taxi the day we left! We had so much luggage I wasn’t willing to brave the metro with all our stuff! We will definitely use them again next time we are in Paris!!!!
