The flat is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district, with Temple metro station just a 3-minute walk away.

    Close to many shops, including the BHV, and a host of trendy Parisian bars and restaurants. The banks of the Seine and the Louvre are also just a few minutes away.

    The flat comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and each with a double bed.

    The flat also has a mezzanine lounge with a sofa bed and two toilets.

    Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of this historic and trendy district, combining traditional Parisian charm with a dynamic atmosphere.

    You will be prepared and cleaned to hotel standards before your arrival.

A modern, clean, well-equipped, roomy, comfortable and warm (April) ground floor apartment in the Marais district just ten minutes walk from Notre Dame. Although approached from a shopping street, it was via a secure courtyard and very quiet. Perfect for a short break in central Paris. Communication excellent and met at the door by a friendly and helpful agent.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was centrally located in a nice area, walkable to many landmarks and an easy walk to the metro. It was also very quiet, clean, and functional for a family of five.

We enjoyed staying at the home, it was comfortable for 4 people. Separate toilets and showers were great, location was perfect yet despite being smack in the middle of The bustling Marais once we were inside the building it was a quiet oasis.

We loved this place in the Marais, the location is fabulous and the neighbourhood is just eclectic. Near to both the Metro and RER with Notre Dame just a 9 min walk away. I would highly recommend it

Most convenient place on earth

The apartment was not quite what i expected. However. The apartment was the most convenient place i have ever been. Dozens of shops to buy food within a few blocks. Hundreds of restaurants thousands of places to shop. Public transportaion to anywhere in the city minutos away. Números tourist destinatios within walking distance. Truly wonderful for a tourist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Alles hat bestens geklappt.Sehr persönlich und flexibel.Grosszügige Wohnung.Schade, dass man Fenster nur auf den Innenhof(Treppenhaus) hat, die man nicht öffnen kann.Aber man ist ja nicht in Paris um in der Wohnung zu sein.

Good area and space

We arrived later than scheduled, due to a long Eurostar delay, and check in was rearranged for us, we had a short wait to get entry. On entry, we found that the cleaners had only made 1 bed, and had not made, or left linen for the other beds, or sufficient bath and hand towels for our party of 4. We were disappointed to see that the floors were also not properly cleaned. It took several communications to get the linen we needed, and the floor was not cleaned despite asking. After a long travel delay, we had to lose more time sorting this all out. The facilities:Our Teenager found that the pull out bed in the mezzanine area, uncomfortable, and also note that the ceiling in this area is low. The showers are both (open) to the bedrooms. In addition there are two separate toilets with wash hand basins. The dining and sitting areas both worked well for our party. Location is good, with easy access to metro, shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Dårlig oplevelse! Beliggenheden og rengøringen fejlede ikke noget, men jeg skrev fra allerførste kontakt, at vi kom 5 mennesker: min mand og jeg, vores to børn på 16 og 19 år, og min far på 80 år. Men da jeg et par dage inden vores tur, ville sikre mig, at alle havde eget tæppe at sove med, så ingen skulle dele, fik jeg at vide, at standard var kun tre opredninger og hvis jeg ville have flere, skulle jeg betale 20 euro pr mand. Ok. Men det kunne de måske have sagt fra starten. Da vi så ankom, var der kun ekstra lagen og håndklæde til de to "ekstra opredninger" Altså ingen tæpper eller noget andet varmt og det var 9 grader i Paris, og derfor køligt i lejligheden. Da jeg bad om at få de ekstra tæpper sagde udlejer, at der ikke var nogen at skaffe i hele Paris. Jeg endte med selv at tage i Ikea og købe tæpper. De opkrævede ikke pengene for de ekstra opredninger, men de tilbød heller ikke at dække mine køb fra ikea. Desuden skrev jeg nogle dage inden, at vi ville ankomme senere end forventet, omkring kl 23.00 og om vi måske derfor bare kunne arrangere self check in. De var ikke muligt: Vi skulle betale 40 euro ekstra for at blive lukket ind. Ok. Det gjorde vi så. Men da vi ankom skrev damen der skulle lukke os ind, om det var ok, at vi bare fandt nøglen selv. Hun ville sørge for at vi fik de 40 euro retur. Det håber jeg. Alt i alt fik jeg fornemmelsen af at jeg talte med AI hver gang jeg skrev til udlejer. Sovesofaen er en 8 cm tynd madras, man folder ud på gulvet. Meget dårlig!

Our stay was met with a heat wave which made not having an air conditioning system a bit uncomfortable. The apartment itself was pretty clean with the exception of string of dead ants apparently after spraying prior to us arriving. Having a shower inside the bedrooms was a bit bizarre, but works if you are sharing a room with a spouse. We really loved the brasseries and patisseries near by and a very short distance from two separate metro lines.

The location was great; walking to sites like Notre Dame easy, cafes and shops everywhere and metro stations close by. a few issues with the apartment that we informed the host but no response then reached out to property management. No AC so bedrooms a bit warm at night. Otherwise as advertised.

Location was GREAT, very walkable to cafes, a ton of restaurants, and trains. We felt very safe, and the apartment is very comfortable. The hosts were accessible and helpful as well. There were two of us, but 4 would easily work with the two bedrooms and the layout. The loft would be good for kids/ teenagers.We would definitely stay here again
