Very lovely stay in an incredible neighborhood. The gentleman that checked us in was doing his best on a time crunch to give us a full tour, and the place itself matches the listening. Holiday discovery is also very responsive, which was appreciated.The one very minor downside was some of the screws for the doors and kitchen barstools could have used some tightening, but it was definitely worth the stay. The place is safe, pleasant, and in one of the best areas in Paris.

L’appartement est super, chambres confortables, belle cuisine, salle de bain grande, avec un beau salon qui a un canapé lit. Localisation 10/10, quartier accessible (plusieurs métros proches). Seul bémol est la communication qui devient un peu chaotique entre les messages automatisés et les réponses du « third party » j’avais l’impression d’envoyer 15 messages pour 1 question.

Samuel is een zeer vriendelijke, attente en bereikbare host. Appartement is voortreffelijk in een mooie buurt waar goed openbaar vervoer beschikbaar is.Kortom een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!

The apartment itself is fantastic, nice location, close to metro stops, spacious and clean. Nice for a family of 5.However, the management is not easy to work with as they use 3 different methods of communication since this is a 3rd party- "Holidays Discovery". On 2 different occasions, they said I didn't pay the deposit or balance and were going to cancel the reservation, but I had proof of payment. This shook me up as it was days before our trip and was time consuming to sort out.They offer one roll of toilet paper for 5 people, no sponge to wash dishes (full kitchen), and not enough fans for 5 people when it hit 39 degrees. Typically, a VRBO rental provides enough toilet paper for a stay and means to keep the place clean.So it's a great place but not sure it is worth the headache of the 3rd party property management company.

Amazing Apartment and Location. A few minor issues.

The apartment is beautiful,. spacious, and in and excellent location. No A/C but even on a super hot day, the place stays comfortable. The only issues were that the wifi was terrible. It would cut off for hours at a time. Not a good thing if you need to work. Also, communication with host is not the best. It was also annoying that they wanted us to let a painter in while we were there to paint an area of the apartment. We said no and they did cancel the appointment. Just thought it was strange they would think we would be okay with that. Supplies are limited. No dishwasher detergent, 1 roll of toilet paper, and a tiny bit of dish soap, watered down was all we had to start our week with. Other than that, it is truly and great, safe, place to stay.

Paris Vacation

We had a great experience staying at the Modern and Spacious Near Le Marais apartment. It is very clean spacious, with 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom and common area. It is a 2 story walk up, but the stairs are wide so bringing luggage up/down was easy. We did not use the kitchen, but it has modern appliances. The apartment is in a very safe, non-tourist area, very close to multiple Metro lines so getting around Paris was very easy at all hours. Travel to/from CDG airport was also convenient either by train or taxi. There is a large selection of restaurants nearby that cater to the locals which is also nice. The host was to meet us at the apartment for check in, but our flight was delayed multiple hours so he suggested FaceTime which worked well. The only difficulty was navigating the payment with Swikly. We were not familiar with this app and there is a learning curve. Once we broke the code though, it worked well. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Paris beautiful Holidays, April 2025

The flat is perfect for a visit to Paris; very clean and tastefully furnished. Very well-equipped, the sofa in the living room doubles as a very comfortable bed. We were very satisfied with everything. The location was great, a very niche neighbourhood, and the metro station was just around the corner. Communication and flat handover were seamless. Definitely recommended, thanks for everything. We'll come again to the most beautiful city in the Europa. Family S.

Very Nice 2-Bedroom

I stayed two nights in January in this well-decorated 2-bedroom apartment. Located in the 11th arrondissement, this was within walking distance of many (refreshingly un-touristy) shops and restaurants and right by a metro stop that goes right to the monuments. As for the apartment itself, it was more than spacious enough for the three people in my party. The separate bathroom and shower was different, but seems common for the area, and the shower was a little messy at first, but we got the hang of it. The star of the show would be the kitchen/living room area that's made for entertaining guests for cooking, cocktails, and a comfortable evening in front of the TV. The host was very hospitable, responsive, reasonable, and easy to reach. I'd gladly stay again and recommend any party of three for a short stay in Paris.

Lovely stay!

A good location, felt like a local rather than touristy area. Lots of nice places to eat & drink. Metro really close by. Apartment felt safe and set in a nice quiet courtyard entrance.

Perfect Paris Apartment!

This was the perfect home base on my latest trip to Paris. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures depicted. The apartment faces a courtyard, so it’s also fairly quiet - perfect for relaxing with the windows open after a day of working, shopping, or sight-seeing. The access is very good and it’s a nice walk or bike ride to the major Paris attractions. (Don’t be intimidated. Ride the bikes! it’s the easiest way around the city.) All around, the perfect Parisian apartment for my visit!

Communication horrible. Pas de chauffage. Impossible d'avoir ma caution. Abritel à eviter

Il n y avait presque pas d'éclairage, pas de chauffage. Difficlile de parler au proprio. Nous avons noté les problèmes plusieurs fois par écrit, sans retour.... nous avons laissé l'appartement impeccable et je n'ai toujoues pas reçu ma caution. Abritel tres mauvaise expérience Dany

Großzügige Wohnung im Herzen Paris

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß für Pariser Verhältnisse, mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern mit Queensize-Betten und einer ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Toilette separat und die Lage perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, da mehrere U-Bahnstationen in Laufweite. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Einzig die Hinterlegung der Kaution hat uns einige Nerven gekostet, da es sich um einen ausländischen Bezahldienst handelte und wir mit technischen Problemen zu kämpfen hatten. Aber der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Nice flat – amazing location and neighbourhood

The flat is spacious and clean and the kitchen well-equipped. There are a few minor details that require the attention of a handyman. Overall – as advertised – a great place to stay for us as a family of 5. The location in Paris and the neighbourhood are amazing. Also the people managing the flat were very nice and always ready to help when needed.

Flat in great area

We stayed at this flat for a week with 2 kids and 2 adults. Good space although only 1 bathroom. We felt like we were part of the beautiful neighborhood. Good space, great neighborhood close to eatery and metro. Minor things I would change, additional deposit not part of payment was cumbersome. The kitchen needs better pots and utensils. Overall though we enjoyed our stay

Improve the process

The property was great with a good location. The series payments such as the security deposit was a pain and time consuming since they did not accept North American credit cards. It has been over three weeks since our holiday and we have not gotten our deposit back.
