Ojo con los huéspedes adicionales.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y acogedor. El anfitrión muy atento. Pero en el anuncio pone 4 huéspedes como máximo y al final dos de estos te los cuenta como huéspedes adicionales, sumándole en el precio final una cuota a mayores por huésped y día, subiendo el precio total consideradamente.

It was hot inside in August. The air conditioning only went on for 5 minutes at a time and then turned to fan. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean, modern, and centrally located. Hosts were easy to communicate with. And the Nespresso machine and pods were a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location

This is a perfect base for exploring the city! Walkable to so much nearby, including the large metro station. Well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is terrific

The location of the property is very close to the Metro stop and Notre-Dame. Many restaurants located right outside the property, but being in a courtyard it is hard to hear any of the hustle and bustle

Room was super clean and spotless, especially the bathroom. Fans were provided, which helped at night. Overall the room came exactly as advertised.

Long weekend in Paris

This apartment was clean and stylish, and it was the perfect place for my two 21 year old sons, who stayed here while my husband and I were around the corner at another apartment. It’s a perfect location down a pedestrian ally full of fun restaurants and cute bars. We were all delighted with space. Nice new bathroom too. Very efficient and comfortable space. Easy check in and friendly accommodating host!

Awesome Location and Awesome Space

The place is as described and so clean, functional and accessible to so much. We loved the privacy of the courtyard and to walk out into the bustling city was great. So many food options. The walks down the river were so easy and finding a scooter or bike was effortless. Will stay here again with no hesitation. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Wonderful stay

The place was perfect for my wife, daughter and I. Had everything we needed including fans. We cooked a couple of nights. But the property is located perfectly near tons of food options. when we go back to Paris we will be staying here again. cheers

Great place

Great apt, great location. Owner was super responsive. Met all our needs. No AC but fans/windows worked. Beds were not the most comfortable but no different then other places we stayed. Love Paris.

Great location

This property was in a great location, very easy to navigate to train stations and sites nearby. The communication was clear & responsive with the host - easy to understand instructions for check in & out. We were there during some very hot weather, and the space was warm. There were fans and portable air unit, but still was hot in the apartment. Overall a good spot!

This property, while well-located in the Latin Quarter, was not meant for the elderly (my wife and I are 80 and 79). In a phrase, the property does not do justice to its pictures. The steps are steep and difficult to negotiate. The worst of it is that although the bedroom is listed as a "loft" just above the main living, what is not noted (or obvious from the pictorial display on line) is that the ceiling in the bedroom is only about 4 1/2 feet high--that is, you can't stand upright in it and have to slither out of the bed to reach the steep stairs leading down (which is also where the bathroom is). The kitchen is basically a kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave. We never used it, even though we had hoped to, which is why we got an apartment rather than a hotel room. The bathroom is the best part of the accommodations. It was recently remodeled and quite adequate with a nice walk-in shower. The place claims to have a/c, and it does, but it is a portable unit which was hardly adequate for cooling. We were just lucky we were there before the June heat wave hit Paris. I would not recommend this place for anyone over 25. Sorry.

June Rive Gauche ‘23

The property owners were exceedingly responsive and pleasant to work with. The property is in a great location to visit both sides of the Seine and close to most major sites. Easy short walk to the metro if you are visiting Versailles or enjoying the French Open. The apartment is quite clean and comfortable (the fan and air conditioning was needed in June). Although we didn’t prepare meals, everything required is there. I highly recommend this apartment and I am sure we will be staying there when we return.

It is a lovely apartment. The only problem was air flow. The apartment was damp and hot. Though the weather was cloudy and cool. The small window next to the door was no help. Each time we went out and came back it was the same. Overall it was great for us.
