En el corazon de Paris. En un elegante edificio histórico de piedra con techos altos originales y pisos de madera. En el segundo piso (americano), primer piso (francés), ascensor y entrada de seguridad.
Adecuado para parejas, amigos o familiares con 2 niños para descubrir las famosas atracciones turísticas a pie o en metro (4 estaciones en una caminata de 2/3 minutos) o en autobús.
Encantador y espacioso salón / comedor para relajarse después de un día de turismo. Internet, WiFi, canales internacionales de televisión.
Las dos habitaciones tienen en cada una de ellas camas extra cómodas extragrandes que se pueden separar en camas individuales.(cuna y trona disponibles)
Hay en cada habitación ventiladores, calentadores y lámparas laterales.
El baño familiar tiene bañera / ducha completa, lavabo e inodoro, el baño 2 tiene ducha y lavabo.

Al igual que las hermosas arcadas en frente del edificio con muchas panaderías especiales, boutiques, buenos restaurantes, tiendas de antigüedades y más.
¡Puedes caminar hasta la Ópera, Montmartre, el Museo del Louvre, las famosas tiendas de venta de Galerías la Fayette para ver las últimas modas a poca distancia!
También cerca del Museo de Cera y de las salas públicas de subastas de Drouot.
Hay 4 estaciones de metro en una caminata de 2/3 minutos. y muchas paradas de autobús cerca ... El ferrocarril expreso de Disneyland está muy cerca.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great stay for a family of 5

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Awesome

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Our stay was incredible!!!! When I come back to Paris this is definitely where I will be staying.

It's all about the location

A great location for cafes, bakeries and restaurants as well as a great location to explore Paris. Excellent communication with the owner too.

Amazing!

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Great Parisian apartment in bustling location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts we're really helpful and kept in contact during our stay.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

A chance to see real Paris

The apartment made the trip! It was in a great neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We mostly walked and enjoyed the neighborhood. It was a lot of fun and just what we were looking for.

The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Très bon emplacement, apartement moyen

L’emplacement est excellent avec plein de restaurants et boutiques tout alentour. Les chambres sont correctes, mais celle qui donne sur la rue est très bruyante. Les deux manquent d’espace de rangement. Le salon est confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste, donc ne comptez pas trop cuisiner.. Bon endroit pour visiter Paris mais peut-être pas en période de chaleur.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Perfect family apartment!

My family, and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment in Paris! Reasonably priced, clean, accommodating, and very friendly owners. Apartment had everything we needed, very close to metro stations, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, and little grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back!

Great flat in a great location

Great, two bedroom flat in the 9th. We were able to walk everywhere and most sites were within a mile walk. Plenty of metro stops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. The unit manager was supposed to greet us and show us how to use the confusing washing machine, but instead left the keys in a mailbox, and messaged us instructions. She did however provide us with two additional pillows. All in all, we loved this property and would highly recommend.

Clean, spacious apartment in the heart of Paris

My mum and I had a fantastic stay at this property in October 2022. The owners were very responsive, providing all the information we needed for our stay and responding to my questions quickly. Place is well equipped for a basic city break, comfortable and in an excellent location. We walked from the station, and could walk to the river easily. Loads of restaurants nearby. Loved our stay.
