  • In the heart of the 1st arrondissement, this charming studio is just steps from the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Garden.
    Surrounded by the lively streets of Rivoli and Saint-Honoré, you’ll be close to numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, perfect for enjoying the Parisian way of life.
    It’s the ideal starting point for discovering the capital.
    Whether for a romantic getaway, a cultural stay, or a business trip, let yourself be charmed by this delightful retreat in the heart of Paris!
    You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

    You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.

    Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM. Departures must be no later than 11:00 AM.
    Check-ins between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and departures between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM incur an additional fee of 40 €.
    Check-ins and departures between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur an additional fee of 70 €.
    Check-ins and departures on Sundays or public holidays incur a fee of 50 €.
    Check-ins and departures on December 25th or January 1st incur a fee of 150 €.

    Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can provide this information in the “Special Requests” section when booking, or contact the property directly using the details provided in your confirmation.
    Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Parties and events are not permitted.
    • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

    A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

    We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

    DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
    The security deposit is intended to cover any potential damages caused to the accommodation during your stay and will be refunded upon departure.

    Arrival instructions provided to the guest directly by email when full payment has been received.

ロケーションは．最高です。 素晴らしいお値段に相当のお部屋でした。 TVが全く使えまさんでした，そこが残念です。 タオルはもう少し，綺麗な方が良いと思います。

Communication with the host was irregular, the property was dirty and not properly represented in the pictures. Couch cushions were stained and had broken zippers. There were scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls. Some of the trim on the bookshelf was coming out about 3 inches rug was stained, mattress cover was ripped. I came all the way from the US after having a chemo session to fulfill one of my dreams of coming to Paris just to be totally disappointed and dismayed by this property. The fact that Vrbo and the host did not stand behind the property and ensured that the property was up to specs was completely flabbergasting to me! From the entrance pictures on the listing all through were all deceptions! Basically they just wanted the money and didn’t care about the guests! This was a heartbreaking experience and will forever put Paris in a negative light for me!Do not be fooled by these pictures! There was black mold all over the bathroom, especially in the area where the toilet was. Contacted the host and they did nothing about it. They did not offer to come and take care of the issue nor to put us in another property, there was not a fan or any other form of ventilation there. Even after I told the host that there was no fan there they did not come and bring us one. Afterwards, all I received was an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience.Currently still dealing with them trying to get my refund. I repeat do not book this studio! You will be disappointed!
