Great Property near Champs Élysées!

This was the second apartment we stayed in on our trip and I wish we would have stayed here the whole time!! Great location and spacious apartment that comfortably accommodated 3 of us. Definitely recommend this place if you’re a shopper because it’s so close to the shopping. Jt also has some great restaurants close by!

Visit during Paris marathon

Family loved our visit. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. Apartment itself while small for four people, was as advertised and nice. Only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay.

Convenient and Cozy

We had a great stay at 1630 - Champs-Élysées. The apartment is in a great location and close to the metro, the Seine and most tourist sites and has all the amenities you can ask for. Looking forward to my next visit!

great location, good price, tucked away but 3 minutes from champs d’elysee

the winding staircase to the unit is a little difficult to navigate while handling a suitcase .but there are several very close indoor parking lots, and many restaurants within 200 metres

Great location - extremely tiny bedroom and bathroom/toilet room

The entire unit had an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew and it felt damp. It was especially horrid in the extremely tiny toilet room. If the door was even slightly open the bedroom filled with a musty moldy odor. There was no light in the tiny bedroom unless you had the shower room door open. There is barely any space to walk in the bedroom. We couldn’t even open the doors to the kitchen area as it also reeked of old musty mold. When closed it was tolerable to be in the room. Also, the directions were great, up until when they failed to mention that once in the building, you need to go up the tiny staircase, in the dark, to find what they called a first floor unit. That would have been helpful as it was very frustrating trying to find the door. The only thing great was the location! The property was overall clean and nice. Just extremely tiny and the musty moldy smell gave us headaches whenever we were there.

I recently stayed at this VRBO in Paris and, while the location was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing. The flat is advertised for four people, but it is far too cramped to comfortably accommodate that number. The living area is extremely tight, with both a coffee table and a small dining table taking up most of the space. Once the pull-out couch is in use (not the least comfortable) there’s barely any room to move around. Additionally, the closet has been converted into a kitchen, which leaves no proper space to store luggage. This space is much better suited for a couple rather than four people, especially if those individuals are not willing to share a bed. The bathroom is also very small, with limited space to move, and the shower door was consistently difficult to open and close as it kept getting stuck. The building itself added to the discomfort. The hallway was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The listing also mentioned a first-floor location, but we were later informed it was actually the second floor (Paris first floor), with no elevator. The staircase is narrow, winding, and made of old wood, and the entrance door is unusually small—something to keep in mind if you have luggage. On a positive note, the location is great—very close to a main shopping street and easy to access Ubers. The host was also very responsive prior to arrival and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was appreciated. Very uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend.

Simple and lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood

From the information shared before arriving, to the ease of checking in, the silence just steps from a busy neighborhood to the simplicity and care of the apartment. I had all I needed for my week in Paris. It is lovely to feel so well cared for, all the details and the ease meant someone wanted me to have a good stay and know they had my back.

Small, Clean 1-bedroom off of Champs-Elysees

The apartment is one block off Champs-Elysees and the FDR Metro #1 Station. This was great as this metro line stops at top attractions. It was a small apartment for 2 people (bed against the wall) so not sure how 4 people can stay? The next time I go to Paris, I will stay in a hotel for these reasons: Place to leave luggage (I arrived at 10 am from an overnight flight and sat in a Starbucks until 3 pm; there is no place to leave your luggage as I looked into it); Internet that works (No internet in apartment and no one to fix problem); Having to worry about entering apartment (2 numerical codes and only 1 key). Lastly, there was administrative forms to fill out and a EUR 250 deposit to make in addition to reservation.
