I stayed here with 3 of my flatmates and it was lovely overall besides 2-3 downsides. The apartment is clean and well kept. You have all the cooking supplies you could need in the kitchen minus seasoning. There are 3-4 nearby metro stations that you can use to get around the city for cheap as the apartment isn't exactly close to the main tourist attractions. I mean, you can walk, but it would be quite the walk. We were in a less touristy part of Paris which I for one loved. It was quiet and felt a lot like New York at times which was a nice reminder of home. My main complaint was the lack of wifi. The wifi provider had an issue before we arrived so the owner of the apartment gave us a little pocket wifi router to use. Thing is, it was a tiny router meant for 1 person. With 4 people online, the wifi was unbearably slow and there was little to no service around the area in general if you're not a local. Besides the issue with the wifi and the distance from the main tourist attractions, it was a very lovely place to stay.
