    Antiguo edificio de impresoras totalmente renovado en verano de 2016, ubicado en un tranquilo patio. El apartamento está ubicado en la planta baja y da directamente al patio.
    Gran techo de cristal trae una luz excepcional en todo el apartamento.
    El espíritu industrial y techo de madera de la revolución francesa en el dormitorio se han conservado.
    La decoración parisina ha sido seleccionada con azulejos del Metro en el baño y aseos separados.
    Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, inducción, lavadora, cafetera, tetera ... para que se sienta como en casa.

This is a very special unique roomy apartment in a secure location and a wonderful neighborhood of Paris close to all the major attractions Rachel was very responsive to any questions and the visit could not have gone more smoothly I would recommend this property to any couple who are visiting Paris.It has air conditioning which is critical the first couple of days to visit when I was very hot also washer dryer which is a unique feature

The entire process from booking to check out was very smooth. Rachel was an excellent host and has restaurant listings and lots of practical info ready for you in the apartment that will help you around. She was very attentive and went out of her way to ensure our comfort during the heat wave. The apartment is quiet and well appointed to ensure your rest after exploring or shopping around the city. Location was right around metro station with easy access to most lines. Short walk to great boulangeries, restaurants, etcWould definitely recommend!!!

Everything was perfect!Bright and calming. Very comfortable bed and seating. Everything I needed in the kitchen was thoughtfully organized. Quiet and felt very safe. Several Metro stops nearby. Choice of several markets for food were nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment had everything we could think of and more. The detailed book on the apartment was clear, easy to follow and covered everything. The detailed book on attractions, restaurants, etc was very helpful. Rachel has really thought of everything. She was a pleasure to interact with, she thoughtfully checked in via text from time to time and was easily accessible. The accommodations were quite spacious, perfect for our family of 4. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of amenities close by and easy access to the metro. We highly recommend Rachel’s place and would love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Paris apartment! We didn’t book it for the location, but it turned out to be a fantastic bonus — really well situated for getting around the city. The neighborhood was great and it was close to the perfect metro station. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy.The space was perfect for our family of four: our two kids slept comfortably on the pullout sofa while we had the bedroom. During a heat wave in Paris, the air conditioning and fan were absolute lifesavers, keeping the apartment comfortable the whole time. Everything in the apartment was easy to navigate and use. Another game changer for us as we were on a two week trip was the laundry; such a nice amenity. The whole apartment was cozy and charming, and honestly a true enjoy to relax in when you’re not out in the city.We’d happily stay here again!

Fantastic Property in Paris

We recently stayed with my wife and 2 kids and loved the location. Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay and their property has everything you would need for your stay. It's located numerous restaurants and is a short walk away from the Metro Strasbough station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is an appartment with everything you could possibly need. The lovely host Rachel has added so many thoughtful touches including a yoga mat and hand weights, charging cables, teas, coffee, juicing machine, condiments and every personal bathroom item you could need.A very modern washing machine was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It the quietest Paris apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment is on the ground floor inside the courtyard of the building which makes it a quiet oasis. There is no view but that wasn’t a problem for us.Communication with the host was excellent and I felt she went above and beyond expectations in trying to make her guests feel as comfortable as possible.The apartment is close to Met station Strasbourg St Denis and it is and easy connection from there to the RER to reach CDG.We enjoyed our week at this appartment very much!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is in a great location and the location back in the courtyard makes it safe and quiet. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay here!

This may be the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Thought was given to everything you could possibly need and everything especially kitchen, was perfection.

Just stay here already!

The place is so great. Very quiet close to metro, has air conditioning, plenty of space to eat in if you don’t want to eat out all of the time. Rachel is super responsive and helpful. Just remember to turn on the hot water when you arrive and you’ll be ready to go!

Perfect for exploring Paris

As a family with two teens we loved staying here. It was stylish, really comfortable, and just perfect for exploring Paris. A great neighbourhood, with great coffee, boulangerie, bistrot and bars close by. Check in and out and communication so quick, friendly and easy.

The loft was comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and attractive. We would definitely choose it again. The host was easily an available but we had no issues that needed attention.

Great Place to Stay

This property was so great. It was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Close to some touristy spots, close to shops. Rachel was an amazing hose and available whenever I had questions. I highly recommend her.

Another excellent stay

The apartment is stocked with the sundries anyone could need. The place is spotless and quiet. The appliances are up to date. The location is convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. It is close to major sightseeing. This is our second visit and we hope to rent it again when we return to Paris soon.

The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

Stay at the loft.

Rachel was great host. Located near many restaurants and within walking distance to Louvre and high end shopping. Restaurants and cafes of many countries are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. People in France are NOT rude. Very friendly. Robert from Las Vedgas

Wonderful apartment in Paris

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped! The apartment is very close to the metro and a grocery store is just steps away. There are many restaurants nearby. Rachel was a very caring host and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again!
