The check-in process was terrible. We did not get our rooms until way after the 3pm check-in . We booked two rooms, one was ready at 4:15pm and the other 6:30pm. The hotel staff was not accommodating and then when I actually got to the last room it was not the category I paid for. They then proceeded to act like it was when indeed it was not! It was a much smaller room. The hotel is beautiful and the area is great but the service was worst experience I've ever had in Paris. The dining experience was horrible as well. The servers at breakfast got my entire family's order wrong every-single-day! It wasn't just our orders we observed several table complaining about the same thing. Nothing was done to rectify the situation even though we a re Hilton Gold Members.
