The apartment was dirty with hairs on pillows, the bath, and the kitchen. They wanted to charge us for “additional” cleaning if we wanted cleaning. The WiFi did not work the entire time we were there and the host was constantly delaying fixing it, asking me to act as their IT support. I did everything they asked, which didn’t fix the internet, and they continued delaying and apologizing until the day we checked out. Location of the apartment is great but the stairs are narrow and windy which made it pretty difficult to climb with luggage.All in all, I would not stay with this host again. If you encounter an issue, you would be left to deal with it yourself. I haven’t received my safety deposit back yet, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to keep some of it making some BS claim. It’s that kind of host.
