The entire apartment and the terrace are exclusively for you. You benefit from 2 two parking spaces.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our house. With my family, we live upstairs.

Any damage or cleaning not done will be deducted from the deposit.

Yes. 40 euros to be paid on site. If the flat is left in a very dirty condition, a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be taken from the deposit.
