In the heart of Parisian life, between Marais and Canal St Martin, a stone's throw from the République Metro, in a Haussmanian building, with all the Parisian codes, our 70 m2 apartment, very sunny, on the 4th floor, with a nice unobstructed view of the Boulevard du Temple, is embellished with stuck friezes on the ceilings, pretty marble formwork and shelves, old gilded cast iron radiators, a beautiful old herringbone parquet floor (which can even squeak!) while having modern, efficient and functional bathrooms and kitchens.

Description of the apartment,
The living room overlooking the boulevard brings together a large old oval table with its 6 chairs but also a vintage Swedish living room from the 60s, a large mirror that gives even more space to the room and objects of art brut from Brazil. Both sober and comfy, this space will bring you together for the end of a joyful day.
The Tv-library area has a sofa bed separated from the living room by a large velvet curtain.
A space in the large entrance of 12 m2 with a nice view of the courtyard and the attic bedrooms has a large tray to install your computers.
Finally, the very quiet, spacious and bright master bedroom will protect your nights.
