The flat is ideally situated in the MARAIS, a lively and culturally rich neighbourhood. This charming 20m² Parisian studio was renovated in 2023. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine with a low ceiling.

This superb 20m² studio with a portable air conditioner overlooks a lovely courtyard in a detached building and comprises:

- A portable air conditioner in the living room

- An ultra-cosy, stylish and comfortable living room

- A modern, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine... )

- A double bed on a mezzanine with a low ceiling (approx. 1.20m high). Please note that this sleeping area is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

- A large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower

- Bed linen and towels provided.

- Internet connection (WiFi).

- TV in the living room



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house!

L'appartement est situé dans le 3ème arrondissement, dans le quartier du Marais. Vous serez à proximité de boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants, cafés etc.

Le Centre Pompidou, à 5 minutes à pied.

Le quartier Montorgueil, à 10 minutes à pied.

La cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, à 10 minutes en transports en commun.

Le Palais Royal, à 15 minutes en transports en commun.

Other Things to Note:

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there is a flight of stairs leading up to the mezzanine and the bed. The ceiling height on the mezzanine is low (approximately 1.20 metres). You will not be able to stand upright on the mezzanine.
