My elderly mother who is not tech savvy kindly asked for help during check-in process. The host was impatient and yelled not to call him again.The heat in the studio was not working and it took over 24hrs to get it fixed. Lastly, my mother had to buy dish soap and sponge. Positive is the property manager was friendlier than the host..
