Look Elsewhere

It was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the apartment. In a place with no A/C, you would think they would have ceiling fans in the rooms or provide fans for each room. There was one working fan in the apartment. I inquired several times about getting additional fans and the response I repeatedly got was "We'll have the team get back to you."Also, they only give you one set of keys which made it difficult for our group to go out separately. I also had asked for additional keys but they would not give them to me.You can find a better place to stay!

Bright and Spacious

We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, bright and well appointed. The location was so central to everything we wanted. Just two blocks away from Le Bon Marche and La Grand Epicerie! Wonderful stay.

Lovely flat in great location. Short walk to shops and restaurants, as well as Paris sights and train stations.

Was OK, but should have been much better.

This unit only had 1 review when I booked, so I took the risk. They have a very detailed email for pre-checking in, which is great. The suggestion they give for baggage storage is not open on Sundays. Finding the location of the keys was not easy. They give the address, but the number is above a doorway to an apartment building, and a bodega. It would have been nice to have said "pickup the keys at the bodega", as opposed to us ringing the doorbell to the wrong building. When we finally got help, and were pointed to the right location, they pointed out a peeling off sign that was supposed to inidicate "KeyNest". They people were not friendly.The location of the aprtment is excellent. We really enjoyed the bakery at the corner, many grocery and markets within a block. It is a great neighborhood, and convenient to the Metro. Once inside, the unit was not as good as the photos. The description says 2 interior bedrooms, it is not. The unit was superficially clean, but after staying for more than a day, you see that it needs a deep clean. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall, literally hanging by caulk. This was a concern because they are so adamant about you paying your deposit. There was no hand soap at either sink, and the coffee maker seem to be stuck in a cleaning mode we could not figure out. The washer was fine, and the beds comfy. If you can roll with with the punches, it's an ok stay.

La combinaison d'un hôte fantastique, d'une maison confortable, et d'un quartier animé

L'hôte a été incroyablement réactif et attentif, veillant à ce que chaque partie de notre séjour soit facile et sans stress. Dès notre arrivée, le processus d'enregistrement a été fluide et sans accroc, grâce à des instructions claires et une excellente communication. Tout au long de notre séjour, l'hôte est resté disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions ou préoccupations, ce qui a renforcé notre sentiment de confort et de sérénité. L'espace lui-même était magnifiquement entretenu, chaleureux, et équipé de meubles confortables qui rendaient facile la détente après une journée d'exploration. Que ce soit en nous détendant dans le salon ou en prenant un repas, nous nous sentions toujours comme chez nous. L'un des points forts a été le quartier. Il avait une ambiance formidable, avec de nombreux cafés, boulangeries et boutiques locales charmantes, toutes accessibles à pied. Nous avons adoré pouvoir explorer la zone à pied, découvrir de nouveaux endroits pour prendre un café, savourer une délicieuse pâtisserie ou faire des achats d'articles locaux uniques. Nous avions l'impression de faire partie de la communauté, et la commodité d'avoir tout à proximité a vraiment enrichi notre expérience.
