We had a fantastic stay at the unit in Paris. First of all, it is right in the center of everything. Very short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, and a slightly longer walk to the Louvre. A huge positive for us was the bakery next-door, which has outstanding croissants coffee, and pastries. We would definitely love to come back. We stayed over the New Year’s holiday, but would love to be here in summer.

We had a great time in this apartment! It was perfect for 2 couples because both bedrooms and bathrooms were equal sized. The bathrooms were modern and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our view out our window of the beautiful café across the street! The location was perfect too. I would definitely stay here again!

Listing is accurate and mgmt company helpful and responsive. Really enjoyed the decor, comfy beds and showers, and close to everything - the Seine, grocery stores, restaurants, metro lines. Apt is on a busy street and while street noise was not an issue, I did hear some noise from bakery below and apts above. I’m sensitive to noise so I noticed it but rest of my family did not. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

This property, in person, is even better than pictured. We were two couples traveling together, and both couples had a wonderfully large bedroom, and en suite bathroom. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable! The location, though on a busy boulevard, was close to many Paris sights, and there was no trouble with noise from below once inside the apartment. While it says first floor, the French consider the first floor to actually be the second floor in the States. Not to worry though, there is an elevator to reach the apartment. You are above a pastry shop that serves wonderful coffee and pastries, as well as sandwiches. Though a bit pricier than other places, it is well worth the extra money. Managing company/owners were very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in ideal location in Paris

Beautifully appointed, spacious, and wonderfully located within a ten minute walk of Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle and the Cluny Museum, this apartment was perfect for my two week stay in Paris. The host was extremely helpful and gracious.

Nice Apartment in Ideal Location

This very nice apartment absolutely lives up to its description. It is about as centrally located as you can get, with sites like Notre Dame and Ste. Chappel a short walk across the bridge spanning the Seine. There are countless restaurants in the area for every budget and taste. There is a very good Metro/RER station only steps from the front door. It is maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the Louvre and Musée d’Orsay. The Cluny Museum is only a couple of blocks away and we were able to walk easily to the Pompadour Center (although note that that museum will be closing for renovation later this year).The apartment itself is on what they call the “first floor” in Europe, but we would call the second in the United States. It has two nice bedrooms, one with a good street view, and three baths (all with showers). It is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Internet access was easy and it worked well. There is a decent sized living room and at least two large-screen LED televisions. The kitchen was well-equipped.In terms of convenience, there is also a larger Monoprix grocery about three blocks down the street with an excellent wine selection as well as groceries. Next door is a bakery with all kinds of pastries, but it’s also very popular on Sunday mornings.This is an excellent choice for an apartment in Paris. When we return we will want to stay here again.

Great apartment and neighborhood

We loved our stay! We arrived before the arranged check-in time but they still allowed us to drop off our luggage. The neighborhood was lovely with a metro very close and cafes/bars/stores around every corner. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris!

I stayed at this beautiful apartment with my dad and we both loved it. Located in the heart of Saint Michel, anything you need is right outside the doorstep. The apt. was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Building felt secure and safe. Quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood. There is a virtual book that will show you exactly how to run all the appliances, which I found to be very thorough. They were even kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine and some candies which was so thoughtful. Only issue, and it was minor, was the communication. I kind of felt that every email I sent was being answered by a different person every time, which led to a bit of confusion. We worked through it. They also set up a car service to take us to the airport which was very helpful and also a value compared to other car services I looked into. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fantastic stay in Paris

Newly renovated with ensuite baths, this first floor apartment is very comfortable. Great kitchen and living room and comfy beds - very true to photos. The new windows block the noise from the busy street below. Very central location with great metro access, grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The only small issue we had was some noise from the bakery below - but I am hyper sensitive to noise, so most won't notice it.

Family trip to paris

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very spacious. We are a family of 5, with two teenagers and a 10 year old. There were three full bathrooms and plenty of beds for us all. The A/C worked perfect! You can’t beat the location. Literally steps away from the st Michel/Notre Dame metro stop. Lovely bakeries and cafes all around. And a 3 minute walk to Notre Dame. I will stay here every time I’m in Paris.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Paris

My family and I stayed at this lovely apartment for a week, and we couldn't have been happier. The property appears to have been newly renovated; the floor plan is well laid-out, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't be better -- it's very close to the St. Michel metro station, and great dining in the Latin Quarter is within a few minutes' walk from the doorstep. Our hosts were gracious, professional and easy to work with. All in all, we had a great experience and we'd return in a heartbeat.

France 80th anniversary of D day trip

Top tier accommodations! Nespresso machine, washer and dryer, dishwasher and working towel warmers!! We and our friends were spoiled by this lovely place. Perfect location, plenty of good /great food options… crepes and Bridgeton Gelato- had at least one stop. This is a central location for walking to several sites in Paris. Might be pricey for some… I would trade the comfort of space, decor and convenience for something perceived as more affordable. You won’t be disappointed. Ask how to use the washer and dryer. Thanks for such a great place to rejuvenate…did I mention the beds are amazing and the showers too… so much space!
