This warm 70 m² duplex is the ideal spot for a comfortable stay at the edge of Paris.

Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table—perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The modern, functional open kitchen is equipped with cooking hobs, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and all the essentials to prepare meals just like at home.

Upstairs, the sleeping area features two bedrooms:
- The first with one double bed and one single bed, perfect for a family or small group.
- The second with a comfortable double bed.

Each bedroom comes with quality linens to ensure restful nights.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo). The toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment also offers a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, and linens and towels provided for every guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The duplex is on the 4th floor with no lift, and the bedrooms are on the upper level of the duplex. The building's staircase is narrow and steep: the climb is difficult with large suitcases and can be tiring for older guests, people with reduced mobility or families with young children.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get hot inside; if you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* The apartment is in Bagnolet, just outside Paris, not in a historic district. The building's street is residential and quiet, but the area around the metro station is not well kept and the neighbourhood has little charm. Allow about twenty minutes by metro to reach the centre; guests who want central Paris on their doorstep will be more comfortable elsewhere.

On the plus side, you will be a 3-minute walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9), in a 70 m² (753 sq ft) duplex for 6 guests with two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher, appreciated for its cleanliness and comfortable bedding.

The entire apartment is reserved for your private use, so you can enjoy your stay in complete independence.

Check-in is fully autonomous thanks to a detailed arrival guide sent to you 24 hours before your check-in on the platform.

The apartment is very well connected by public transport.

The Robespierre metro station (line 9) is just a 3-minute walk away, and Porte de Montreuil is about 6 minutes on foot.

These lines take you directly to Opéra in 20 minutes and the Champs-Élysées in 25 minutes, while also serving key areas like République and Nation.

Several bus lines run nearby, and you’ll also find self-service bike and scooter stations close to the building. For travelers with a car, several public paid parking lots are available within a few minutes’ walk.

The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors.

Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
