⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* A restaurant with a shisha bar occupies the ground floor, directly below the apartment: especially at weekends, the music can be heard loudly inside until 2 a.m., sometimes until 3 or 4 a.m., on top of the street activity. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The kitchen is small compared with the size of the apartment, although it has the essentials. If you plan to cook for the whole group, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will have 150 m² (1,615 sq ft) of air-conditioned space in the 16th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Alma-Marceau metro station (line 9) and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Trocadéro, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
