Additional information: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift.

📌 Please note before booking:
* The apartment is a single small room: the only bed is the double sofa bed, which takes up almost all of the space once unfolded. It suits a solo traveller well; for two, especially with luggage, the space becomes very tight. If you need room to settle in or are planning a long stay, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 5-minute walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station (lines 1 and 11), with a supermarket right across the street, in an air-conditioned apartment with an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
