Kitchen: A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, sugar and tea to enhance your stay.

Bedrooms : Two elegant bedrooms with double beds and televisions, one with a small wardrobe, offering optimum comfort and a warm atmosphere.

Bathroom: A modern marble bathroom, equipped with shower gel and shampoo.

Toilet: A separate toilet for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, TV screen, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

Important information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, but it is strictly prohibited to use the elevator with suitcases or luggage. Luggage must be carried up the stairs. Failure to comply, resulting in the elevator becoming jammed or breaking down, will incur a repair fee of €1,000, which may be charged to the guest responsible.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
