TLDR: Avoid this property at all costs. If you think it won't be that bad- trust me, it will. It's not worth it.
We arrived at the property to find the entrance by a night club, and having to walk through a building that was under construction.
Getting to the elevator, we were given instructions that let us know that you need a key fob to go up to the correct floor. However, we were only given one key- which means that only one group of people can leave the apartment at a time, even if others stayed in.
Next, we entered. Disappointment would be an understatement. The kitchen is tiny- fridge has old garbage and was filthy. The freezer door actually did not close, instead slamming into a corner wall and chipping off pieces of paint. Because it couldn't fully close, the entire freezer was frozen over with ice and leaking melted liquid on to the floor for the entire stay (and nothing stayed frozen). There was a an actual leak right in the middle of the kitchen from the ceiling.
Moving on to the bathrooms- the stench was horrible. The toilets were rusty and dirty, and the showers had water gushing out of them after just a short use, leaving the floor soaking wet and contributing to the moldy, stale stench.
Lastly, the bedrooms- while there were 5 bedrooms, 4 of them were tiny and two of them had non-working AC. A radiator actually came off the wall in one of the rooms while we were there (and Urban Flat did send someone to fix it), with hazardous nails sticking out.
