We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

To ensure your well-being, our aparthotels adhere to the highest cleanliness standards. Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team equips you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes, and soap, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
