Muy bonito estudio luminoso y de carácter al pie del Ayuntamiento.

Este pequeño y acogedor nido de 25 m², está idealmente situado en el corazón del histórico barrio del Marais, en una zona muy animada y concurrida, de día y de noche durante el verano. Se encuentra en las inmediaciones de las famosas plazas del Hôtel de Ville y de los Vosgos.
Totalmente renovado, se beneficia de una decoración cuidada, y de todas las comodidades modernas, lavavajillas, lavadora, televisión con canales extranjeros y conexión a Internet WIFI.
Este estudio le ofrece en el bonito entresuelo un lujoso y grueso colchón doble.
Este estudio para no fumadores se encuentra en el primer piso de un edificio antiguo, típico del Marais, con un techo muy alto.
Sin enfrente, con una vista directa sobre la rue du roi de Sicile, ofrece una rara claridad, en el centro de París.

This location was excellent for walking to so many sites, wandering around beautiful neighborhoods, & was easily connected to metros to get around. Paul was lovely & the apartment itself was so sweet. The bathroom is small & the toilet is macerating but other than this, the flat itself is perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Alojamiento con ubicación inmejorable para conocer París y poder disfrutar de un barrio autenticamente parisino, con todos los servicios, tiendas, restaurantes y pastelerías francesas de calidad. La propietaria nos recibió a la hora pactada y nos explicó todo lo que necesitabamos y mucho mas sobre el alojamiento, el barrio y la ciudad. Muy atenta y amable. El alojamiento muy bien amueblado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días un máximo de tres personas. Si volvemos a París, repetiremos sin dudarlo

El apartamento es muy acogedor y tiene todas las comodidades. Es ideal para dos personas y aunque nosotros estuvimos una pareja con un niño, para estancias cortas también está muy bien. Supermercado, metro, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, tiene todo al lado. Muy recomendable. Como para repetir.

Magnífico apartamento, situado en un lugar privilegiado del centro de París. Desde la propiedad te puedes mover a la mayoría de los lugares más turísticos sin necesidad de coger ningún tipo de transporte. Ideal para dos personas, aunque nosotras hemos estado tres y también se está muy cómodo. Muy "coqueto" y muy nuevo todo, tal como se ve en las fotos. El baño un poco pequeño, pero te puedes adaptar perfectamente. Gracias por todo, Christel.

Estuve en el apartamento de Christel 4 noches. El apartamento está super equipado, tiene ventilador para el calor, secador, plancha, el baño tiene gel, toallas, la cocina tiene maquina para hacer café, te, para poner la lavadora, ¡DE TODO! y todo puesto con muy buen gusto. El apartamento es super céntrico, se puede llegar andando a todas partes, a dos minutos del ayuntamiento, 5 de Notre Damme... perfecto. El barrio es un poco ruidoso, a las 6 de la mañana pasa un camion de la basura y hace ruido durante un rato, cada dia. ¡El resto perfecto!

Superb location right in the centre of the city. I walked everywhere and got a real feel for the layout. Planned mornings north of the river, afternoons south nipping back to the appartment for a rest in between.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Location is convenient to many things. Had everything we needed. Check-in, check-out process was easy. Cons:The bar across the street is loud until the early morning hours. At one point the water was shut off and I messaged the host but he never replied. Fortunately, it was back on by the morning, but that was very concerning.

We loved the location as it is so easy to get to the subway or walk to town . The facilities were good and the bed ok although it may get pretty hot in the summer . No TV .A couple of flights of stairs but well lit .The place was getting fixed on the outside so it was covered in scaffolding and mesh so no view . Big of a shame but the rest made up for it . Good value for money .

We had a great time here, from the time Paul met us at the front door, until we checked out four days later. You can see it on the map, but the location is outstanding. It's only a few minutes' walk to many of Paris' attractions. And if it's not a quick walk to the attraction (e.g., the catacombs or Arc de Triomphe), it's a minute or two to the nearest Metro (Hotel de Ville, Line 1 for East-West, connecting to many others) or maybe 3-5 to Chatelet / Chatelet Les Halles (Line 4 for North-South, and many others, including the regional RER).The kitchen is well-appointed with all you would need to make basic meals. There is a microwave, a medium-sized fridge (with small freezer compartment), a stovetop, and a dishwasher. There is no oven, but I would doubt one would need one on vacation.There is also a regular washing machine. No dryer, but the provided drying rack is good for what one may need on vacation.I want to add a point, in case it is not obvious from the pictures: The stairs to the loft are quite small and steep, so you need to consider that if you have mobility issues. Also, there is a bar immediately across the street, where groups of people gather and chat until very late. It's not a problem if you're not a light sleeper, or if you can keep the windows closed. No A/C - those are uncommon in Paris, because the only really hot and muggy days are in the first two weeks of August. So open window is necessary. There are heaters for winter, and a good towel warmer.

The place meets the requirements to stay in a good area for the cost. If you have mobility issues, the loft sleeping area may be a challange. Everything else is acceptable.The area felt safe had and all the amenities.

My landlord was so attentive and eager to help. My late arrival could have caused problems but he patiently waited and walked me through the ins and outs of the studio. He returned the next day to check that all was fine and was very kind helping me out on departure day. I left with nothing but favorable impressions and would especially recommend this studio for younger clients as stairs can be a problem for older folks. The location could not be better as everything you need is a short walk away. thank you Marc for all your help.

We ended a two week Christmas market trip with a 5 day stay in Paris at this location. It was in a great area and was just right for the two of us. Paul was very helpful meeting us on location for check in and gave us a quick tour. We would definitely stay here again.

The Host is super nice! Communication is awesome and he is great at answering any questions. Our only negative is the location of the bed. The stairs are difficult and the room is too small up there (ceiling low). If it were my property, I would get rid of the cabinet and tiny couch and put the bed on a frame downstairs by the window. The washer worked great! The kitchen is nice and the fridge is much bigger than I thought it was going to be. We loved the location. Starbucks right around the corner was great! We didn’t hear any street noise during the night. The location is very safe.

Paul's apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. It is in a wonderful location, just 15 minutes' walk from The Louvre, 10 mins from Notre Dame and within easy reach of Metro stations to get your where ever you would like to go. The apartment is in the Marais district which is a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and stores. The aprtment was clean and very neat. The stairs up to the bed are a little precarious, but we managed fine. There is all you will need provided, although we actually spent very little time actually in the apartment other than to shower and sleep. Paul was very accomodating and met us at the apartment to show us around. Some comments do mention the bar across the street, and yes, it is a very busy bar, even on cold November evenings, however the apartment has new double glazed windows so you can't here it too much. Overall, a great place to stay whilst in Paris, will certainly be back again.

The property is close to so many attraction and located in a very authentic art of Paris. I should say I was her in off season at a cool time of year. In summer this could be very hot. As well there is a new bar across the street that if you are a light sleeper may be an issue. The place is on the first floor and very quaint. Recommend highly

Paul was there to meet us for check in and take us around the apartment. You can tell there is a lot of care put into the place, and he just finished treating floors before we arrived. Very clean. Bathroom drain was slow to drain water after showers, but everything worked well. Fantastic location for touring the city.
